"Agaryanse" At Shiga lakeside. about 40 min to go. No tattoo. About ¥1,350/1 person. Palace of Kyoto Rahmen king!! Huge Onsen Complex features Great sauna room, Charcoal filtered cold bath, open air bath with lake view, various kind of Bedrock bath, endless resting chairs(beds) with lake view, Restaurants, Barber and Theater(!!) They have real onsen source.
