Wow! Lovely apartment in an absolutely stunning location (we would give more stars if we could). There was so much to do in the area (beautiful forest and mountain hikes) and Conni gave us some really good tips about local places worth visiting. She was also so kind and generous in baking some gluten-free bread when she found out that I need GF food. The apartment has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The decor is lovely, and there are wonderful views from the large living area and kitchen windows. Conni & Christian made sure we had our privacy, but also responded very quickly to any queries we had. Thank you so much Conni & Christian for a wonderful stay. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. We highly recommend 'Basecamp' to anyone thinking of staying in this area.

THIS is a five star accommodation, the peaceful environment, beautiful and cozy in every respect, my wife and I spent four days here recently and hope to return next year for week or more ! Hiking trails too numerous to count, and if you want to enjoy picturesque villages and cities they are not far away, about 20- 30 minutes.....After traveling in Austria for a month and staying in numerous Air b&b's this was our favorite....it is just absolutely wonderful ! And the stream right outside by the sauna and cold plunge adds to the magic of this listing !!! A++++++

We had a great stay at Sanni’s. Sanni is was very helpful and clear in her communications and made us feel very welcome. Accommodation was lovely , very clean and well equipped . Can highly recommend.

This place was great. The hosts took a great deal of pride in providing great accommodations. Everything was new and very well done. The wood and cabinetry in the apartment was amazing and all done by the son of the hosts. Well stocked kitchen including a great coffee maker/ cappuccino machine. The was a great sauna and washer and dryer. Although we did not speak the sane language, the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. There is an amazing gorge about 11 minutes away by car. I totally suggest visiting it (Wolfsklam). I definitely would return and highly recommend this place and definitely visit Wolfsklam.

The furnishings invite you to cozy cooking and games evening:) We had a great time, especially I enjoyed the quiet at night and the view from my bedroom. Thank you so much for your helpful manner and tips at all times. We were absolutely satisfied with everything. The connection and proximity to the Itter ski slope is definitely a plus. Jwala and Karl are wonderful hosts: very attentive, caring and discreet. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay with them. The house has been arranged with love and care, and Jwala's creations give it a distinctive zen feel. The four bedrooms are spacious and cosy and there is a huge living room. The kitchen is well equipped and spotless (as is the rest of the house). The garden itself is beautiful, with magnificent trees under which we loved to have our meals and relax. There is a supermarket and a bakery within walking distance of the house, which makes doing grocery shopping very easy. There are also plenty of hiking trails nearby (we highly recommend the one to the Zireiner See). Thank you Jwala and Karl. We hope to be back.

We had a good exchange from the beginning and received all the information and things we needed when asked. We also got a small tour of the stable and were allowed to pet calves. Although it only rained, we were able to make ourselves comfortable in the room with the oven and super slow down.
