Yurt vacation rentals in Thiérache

Thank you for this adventure that allowed us to get out of our daily lives! Everything was perfect. I highly recommend for a romantic getaway!

We rented a yurt to celebrate our daughter's birthday, we enjoyed this experience one hour from Paris. Since the good weather was at the RV, we were able to enjoy the outdoor spaces, the hot tub, and the surrounding countryside. You should know that part of the roof of the yurt is glazed, so people who are sensitive to natural light would do well to bring a mask so as not to wake up as soon as they get up. Ghislain is a thoughtful and responsive host who, although absent, was available and with whom we were able to connect throughout our stay.

Wonderful stay with my family. Our kids, 15.16 loved it. The beautiful area, the animals, nice walks in the area, the sunset, sky, stars and fresh air. Very warm, kind and knowledgeable host with great tips on what to do in the area.

Dear host. Nice extras such as the possibility to buy natural wine and delicious eggs from the chickens. Would definitely recommend this place if you want to connect and stay in beautiful nature as a couple.

Relaxing completely and “checking out” was the reason to book this place. This didn't disappoint us! What a tranquility you have at this location, back to basics. Together with our family roamed the domain, with the many cases played autumn leaves. Fire made for the yurt, eaten outside and made marshmallows. Great location and host!

Very pleasant stay, true to its description. A beautiful bubble of relaxation . The sun was with us, were able to enjoy the Jacuzzi, and garden . Thank you for this wonderful discovery.

Nice place; cozy with the donkeys and chickens nearby. We "camped" in the yurt, lit a fire and played on the property. Beautiful surroundings! You can hear the road (see other reviews), but it's quite far away. Was not disturbing to us. Sara was not there herself, but had provided good instructions and the contact with the lady who fit the house was very pleasant. By the way, do not expect a state-of-the-art sanitary facilities or kitchen: it is more "camping+". However, a simple meal can be prepared well and the shower and toilet were pleasant and clean.

We had a pleasant and relaxing stay in the yurt. The place is thoughtfully decorated and very comfortable. The yurt is very well equipped, we lack nothing. The optional breakfast is a real plus, a delight with fresh and local products, and the sourdough bread from the Abreuvoir farm is exceptional. We enjoyed the calm and communion with nature, as well as the efficiency of the pellet stove. This is a place we highly recommend for an authentic getaway!

had the BEST stay ever here, i stayed here with 5 of my best friends to celebrate my 26th birthday. the isolation was amazing; we played music deep into the night and absolutely no noise went outside. it was super warm inside. the place is also way bigger than the pictures!!! it was just GREAT.

Thanks to Cédric we traveled! While being very discreet, he took great care of us. We all have great memories of this stay. We will be back again! See you soon.

Very good to relax and unwind. Beautiful views of the orchard and donkeys. Yurt stay nice and warm due to the pellet stove that works automatically. Nice host, nice walk together with the donkeys which finished the weekend for our daughter.

We were looking for a nice location close to Pairi Daiza for a family of 5. This nice yourd was an original place to stay within walking distance. Super friendly host, very clean place to stay. And the jacuzzi in which we could then hear the wolves crying in the evening finished the picture. Relaxed day in Pairi Daiza afterwards :-) Recommended!

We had a great stay in the yurt with our dog. Quiet location and great hosts! Breakfast was great!

We spent a day and night in a yurt at the Tao de Max farm. The environment is peaceful and unspoiled. the proximity to the animals makes the stay even more pleasant. the yurt is spacious, clean, equipped and well insulated...The duvet was even too much at night. The visit of big spiders reminds us that we are indeed part of the countryside 😅 Max offers delicious homemade cooked dishes. A caring, welcoming and discreet host. This is an experience I would recommend, reconnect with the essentials. 2 days 2 nights would be even more enjoyable to fully enjoy reconnecting with nature.

Great stay. We and our kids enjoyed very much. What else do you want to sleep in a yurt among the sheep? A nice bathroom, a swimming pool and a French breakfast. The host was very welcoming and helped us well. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay! Very pleasant and friendly reception in a magnificent environment, quiet in nature and very nice interior in the yurt and buildings around it. Very nice food, especially the brunch was great! Our dog was also with us, he had to stay on a leash because there were chickens and cats walking around, but just like we enjoyed the location and nature very much :) He (and we) especially liked the donkeys. Further down in the forest also very pleasant hiking! A plus, despite the heat and the pond nearby, we have not been bothered by the heat or mosquitoes at night.
