RAS Residence is the ideal place to stay for my work in Brussels. The staff are polite, friendly and very helpful. They are more like hosts in a home than impersonal staff in a hotel. But the rooms are spacious and modern with every comfort one could ask for. The location is also excellent. The street it is on is very quiet at night and the rooms are dark (curtains or shutters) - great for sleeping. But the nearest supermarket and excellent restaurants (local, Argentinian, Vietnamese-Thai, etc., and pubs) are only one or two blocks away. A laundromat is also only two blocks away. Different EU offices and banks are also within walking distance - 1 to 3 blocks. Most important, the Schuman train station to the airport, three Metro stations on two different lines are also only 2-3 blocks away. One could not ask for a more convenient, comfortable and welcoming place for your stay in Brussels.

We were welcomed as if we were family. Bil is thoughtful, considerate, and incredibly friendly. He really wants our stay to go smoothly and folds back 4 times for that. The hotel apartment is also great with a very good location and very nice decor. Thanks again.

It went very well, I would recommend this apartment hotel large, clean and in a good location. We had breakfast at extra cost and we are delighted!

A great stay: the place was as described, clean, spacious, and with great check-in facilities. The receptionist was patient and very friendly, and the room had all the needs for a comfortable stay after spending the day discovering the city. In case of going again, we would repeat accommodation.

A property to remember, I found the place to stay when I'm in Paris. The staff is attentive, friendly and welcoming. Many brands should follow suit. In addition, the metro just across the street, the Auchan shopping center also across the street, the small Melting Pot restaurant just next door and the MOA bakery were very convenient. The accommodation is quiet and people are respectful.

Clean and quiet apartment. The entrance to the building is a little complicated, the card does not work very well but appreciated the help of a Reside agent. Too bad there isn't a dish towel for the dishes. Toilet seat not very stable. Otherwise, very good.
