Vacation rentals in Thep Sadet

After giving so many 5 star review in Thailand this flat have reminded me what really 5 star are: Very friendly and personal communication, helpfulness and responsiveness of the host, beautiful, clean, high quality furnitured and nice and fresh smelling flat with coffee, water, flowers, pictures on the wall and everything that makes you immediately feeling home. I enjoyed also the details like very big, soft and nice smelling towels, nice shower gel and shampoo, and, and, and.. Furthermore the apartment building is fabulous, please have a look on google. I will try to not give so many 5 star reviews anymore as this is not fair towards the flat like this that really earned it!

Responsiveness is quick and friendly. There were no bugs and the bedding was clean. I booked it during the high season and booked it expensive, but I was able to rest comfortably due to the consideration of the landlord. On a cold day, they brought us extra blankets and contacted us at all times to provide convenience.

If I could give 10 stars I would!! From the moment we landed to the time we left, we enjoyed every moment of it. Charles came to pick us up from the airport which eliminated any possible check-in issues. He walked through almost everything from “the book”. All his recommendations were wonderful. We booked two days with Tukta and temple tour with Tom. These tours were incredible!! Charles made everything so easy. I have never experienced such a gracious host before. Thanks Charles!!

Like the location, hidden in the brushes , easy access to the cafes, restaurants in 3-5 mins waking distance. Air quality is great. Even with a book store next door. Great to relax in Ching Mai. Beds are comfortable, AC are strong, with enough clear water, we like the house.

This place is a very peaceful and quiet paradise. Jeab and her staff take great care to make sure we don't get disturbed by our rest. Since it's located in the mountains, there are a few mosquitoes, but thanks to Coab's meticulous management, you can rest without worrying too much. You can choose between Thai and American style breakfast, and if you choose Thai style, you can enjoy tasting various Thai foods. You will have a good rest and have fun. Chiang Mai is a bit expensive overall for transportation, but using the villa's transportation service is more economical, and the friendly driver has a big smile.

The location of the property is quiet in the old town of Chiang Mai but easy to find. Self-check-in was easy. The place itself is nice, there is a large outdoor table. The room is super spacious, you have a lot of storage and seating options. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bed was comfortable, the wifi was good. You can definitely stand it in the accommodation for a longer period. The hostess was always nice and helpful and responded very quickly. We would definitely come back and then like to stay longer.

Excellent place to stay, Annie was very professional and communicated really well- she even recommended some activites to do around the area which we really appreciated! The place was beautiful, kept very clean and the place had lots of amenities (the steal was the absolutely amazing rooftop pool) and the bed was super comfortable. We had issues with Wi-Fi so we messaged Annie and she replied with good timing and the problem was solved quickly! Location was very good, GRAB to old city was about 100baht which is good price and a one minute walk 7/11 across the road which was great! Once again thank you Annie for our stay, Chiang Mai was so beautiful (our favourite stay in Thailand) and we would definitely recommend this place to friends and family! We hope to visit again some time soon :)

It was a big and quiet house, the little ones were pleasant to play with, the host was very nice and very responsive, would recommend friends to stay.
