Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Théoule-sur-Mer

Thank you Stephane for your hospitality and flexibility! We arrived pretty late (after 10 pm) and it was not a problem. He was also very relaxed about us leaving the luggage until afternoon after the checkout. Very pleasant stay, we had everything we needed. The house was big enough for 3 adults and a baby. Two toilets - in the bathroom and WC - is a plus. We had all baby essentials provided - high chair, cot, baby bath, there is also (a bit old) baby swing in the garden. The only drawback is that the area in direct vicinity is not that walkable - the road leading to Biot center has very tight/no pavements for pedestrians.

Une villa où quand nous franchissons la porte d’entrée, nous nous sentons déjà comme à la maison :) tout est fait, afin que nous nous sentons bien. Jusqu’au dernier détail, tout est prévu, rien ne manque. La villa est vraiment situé dans un lieu exceptionnel .la communication avec l’ hôte ou la co hôte parfaite. L’hôte a été très arrangeant que ce soit pour l’horaire d’arrivée ou l’horaire de départ. Je recommande les yeux fermés. Rien à dire si ce n’est : parfait.

Deuxième fois que nous venons aux restanques de saint tropez et l’endroit est vraiment merveilleux . Nous avons deux enfants un de 4 ans et un de 2 ans . La maison est très belle et très propre , la petite terrasse est super , le camping est génial tout est à disposition . La communication avec Julie et Leslie est parfaite , nous reviendrons sans hésiter car nous adorons cette jolie petite maison , merci

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour. Le logement et l'endroit correspondaient a nos attentes. Logement décoré avec goût , fonctionnel, terrasse très agreable en septembre. Petite plage bien fréquentée. Nous n'avons pas vu Laure mais la communi cation a été facile . Nous recommandons.

This is a nice place. We stayed at four placed on this trip and this was our favorite. It felt most like a regular 'home.' Very nice location. Super friendly hosts. Very responsive. The back patio/deck was a great place to sit. Everything worked well and there were absolutely no issues. We would stay here again.

Süßes kleines Häuschen. Sehr gut gelegen auf einem Weingut, welches excellente Rose Weine produziert. Das Haus besonders die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben jeden Abend gekocht. Der Sitzplatz vor dem Haus ist sehr gemütlich. Besonders beeindruckend fanden wir den Weg zum Strand durch die tolle Landschaft. Der Strand selbst ist wunderschön. Vielen Dank an Alain für die schöne Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a lovely stay with sandrine. Had a nightmare finding the property but that was because we were arriving super late and the sat nav didn’t seem to know where it wanted to send us. The house itself is large with all amenities - it’s not flash but a lively rustic property that was perfect for what we wanted. The pool is bigger than it looks in the pictures which was a bonus and the box of equipment for the pool other games was just amazing. There’s everything you could need at the property and we had such a lovely time there. Thank you so much for such a wonderful break.

We spent a lovely week at this beautiful apartment. Every little detail was tasteful and artistic, yet it was convenient and comfortable. The neighborhood was secure and quiet, the view of the sea is amazing, also a walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. Vassil was responsive and sent us many recommendations for things to do in Nice and good grocery stores and restaurants. Everything was perfect, we highly recommend it. Thank you Vassil & family.

Le logement à été plus qu'à la hauteur de nos attentes. Les photos montre peu par rapport à ce que l'appartement contient. Je recommande à 100% cette endroit, l'emplacement est juste parfait et l'appartement est très spacieux. Communication au top, rien à redire ! Merci pour cette expérience !

Le logement de Sophia est vraiment très bien, je recommande, super rapport qualité prix. Nous sommes venus avec le chien et y a un jardin pour lui, c'était très appréciable. Sophia est très réactive, elle s'adapte complétement à nous donc c'est une hôte parfaite sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ et sur tout le reste. En effet, nous sommes allés à la réserve naturelle des Monts D'Azur et c'est a 5 min en voiture, parfaitement situé pour cela. Il y a un super restaurant a coté a pied l'auberge de la forêt. Le lac est accessible a pied depuis le logement à 20 min à pied, soit à 2 km, c'est super agréable pour balader et le sentier est très joli. Le logement est très bien équipé, cuisine, drap , serviettes et même une console de jeu. Seul petit point négatif c'est que nous entendons les voisins le matin mais c'est pas très dérangeant. Je tiens à remercier Sophia pour son bel accueil, sa réactivité et son adaptation à nous tout au long du séjour, nous reviendrons. Pauline et Florian

Séjour de 10 jours en couple. Appartement petit mais idéal pour 2 personnes. Très propre. Petit Balcon agréable. Proche de nombreux restaurants, boulangerie, spar... Petite crique à 500m et sentier du littoral proche de l'appartement. Tout s'est bien passé. Merci

Excellent séjour au calme dans un logement décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Le jardin, très arboré, est magnifique et la piscine est la bienvenue après la balade. À propos de balades et pour ceux qui aiment la « grimpette » (petite), il est possible de rejoindre Tourtour (très joli) et Villecroze (grottes, parc) à pied : très jolis points de vue sur la vallée. Une voiture est tout de même indispensable pour visiter la région. Les propriétaires vivent sur place et sont très discrets. Fabrice (nous n’avons pas rencontré Karine) est un hôte très sympathique, disponible et qui fait son maximum pour rendre le séjour agréable. Nous recommandons cette adresse à 200% et avons déjà hâte d’y revenir !

We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 1-3.5) and had a great time. The host was very communicative and helped us with finding cots and high chairs for the kids. They also helped us with arranging transportation to the airport for a very early flight. Location is good, we walked everywhere and it was an easy tram ride to the airport and easy train ride to other neighboring towns. Very close to the beach, and the Airbnb even included beach toys for the kids!

Lägenheten var över vår förväntan. Det fanns allt! Utsikten och terrassen var bedårande. Det var perfekt för vår familj bestående av fem vuxna och ett litet barn.

Perfect location within easy reach of station but also to old town and harbour. Accommodation was clean and a good size- with all amenities that you would need. Highly recommended Host was very attentive and helpful

Très bon séjour dans un appartement refait à neuf et très bien équipé :) Résidence sécurisée à cinq minutes à pied du centre de Sainte Maxime et de sa plage. Au pied d'un cours d'eau avec possibilité de se balader jusqu'à la mer. Je recommande !

Alloggio molto confortevole. Dal vero è più bello che dalle foto. Piccolino, perfetto per una coppia 2 massimo 3 persone se famiglia. Noi eravamo in tre, la bambina è stata molto contenta.

Cute little apartment in a beautiful area. Big swimming pool - appropriate for swimmers and kids. The apartment is perfect for 1-2 adults and 1 child. We loved it and hope to come back.

Exellent séjour de 3 mois dans le logement. Tout est conforme aux photos et descriptif. Le logement est très agréable avec sa terrasse vue parc. Emplacement idéal proche aussi bien d Antibes que de Juan-les-pins. Proximité des commerces , restos , transports en commun ,plages et balades. Le logement comprend tout ce qui est nécessaire. Azelma est une hôte très sympathique et très réactive en cas de demande d infos . Je recommande vivement cette location

Located walking distance from the main center and the beach front. Area was quiet and peaceful. Front private patio and a rear yard was so nice to feel comfortable and cozy once we were in and settled. My daughter and I walked to the market on the weekend from the apartment and enjoyed watching the beach and the yachts at night. Plenty of cold ac in the entire space and the hot water was nice for the showers.

Le logement ainsi que l’accueil de Sabrina était formidable. Elle était à l’écoute de nos moindres besoins et toujours très réactif. Le logement est agréable et paisible. Parfait pour un séjour pour se déconnecter de tous. Sabrina est une personne à l’écoute et se soucie du bien-être de ses vacanciers. En tout cas, je recommande 1000 fois ce logement.
