Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Théoule-sur-Mer

Alexandra was very proactive and responsive in communications and made sure everything was good for my family who was visiting. We enjoyed our stay so much and we plan to visit again! Thank you very much for everything!

1.pros a. less than 5 mins walking distance to beach(crystal cear, safe swimming for children, fresh water shower available) b. 3 story house with nice and cozy atmosphere : 1 st floor - kitchen, laundry room, small living amd dining place / 2nd floor - master bed room, bathroom, shower / 3rd floor - 2 rooms and bathroom c.5min walking distance to village d. less than 3mins walking distance to Manlieu La Napoule station(to Marseilles or to Monaco) e. Etc : Electric heater intallated in each room, fully furnished essentials(including welcome gift - wine and drinks) f. 20mins to Cannes by car 2.Cons a. no handrail on stairway(this need improvement) b. no TV but managable c. train noises during operario hours(this might be unpleasant if you need quite place) d. free parking but not reserved for guest.

I had a wonderful stay at Véronique and Christian's. The place is superb, quiet, with breathtaking sea views. It is close to all shops (less than 5 minutes' walk). The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos, with a beautiful adjoining private terrace. Véronique and Christian are lovely and will do everything to facilitate your stay. I would recommend it without so much as a second thought and I'll be back, that's for sure!

We had a stay that met our expectations. The accommodation, services and environment correspond 100% to the description. New villa, very designer and clean. Quality furniture.

If there were more stars to rate Nathalie and her home, I would have given them! The location right by the water was spectacular, and the place was so comfortable and inviting that it was hard to leave it to enjoy Antibes! She also was gracious in helping us with some extenuating circumstances and was understanding and supportive and amazing. I can't recommend Nathalie and her beautiful home enough. I plan on making it a regular vacation getaway. I'd advise you to book it while you can!

Let's make it brief: We felt very, very comfortable here! Beautifully located accommodation in great nature - lemon trees, various herbs and of course the many olive trees. There is a great pool, a big trampoline, a ping pong table and boules! At the chapel sun loungers, barbecue, a nice terrace to eat outside. And inside a high-quality furnished accommodation with a lot of charm in which all the details were really thought of! And although the weather unfortunately did not always do what we would have liked, we had - also thanks to Chrystelles excursion tips - all four fantastic Easter holidays!

Excellent property with enough size that everyone has privacy but also amazing gathering spaces. We loved the pool and sauna. We loved that every room has an ocean view. The kitchen is well stocked. The home is private, very secure, and clean. The host is very communicative. I would definitely rent from her again. A place of magic, surely.

Great stay in the mountains of Coaraze, a breath away from Nice and close to numerous hiking trails around the Mercantour area. The accomodation itself however invites you to stay, not leave for anything but just relax, enjoying the views and feeling at home. The house has that homey feeling you want with all the equipment you need. Spacious, beautifully crafted and secluded, this spot gives you instant relaxation upon arrival. The deck is perfect for sunbathing and bird spotting and the bedrooms are light and relaxed with adjourning bathrooms on both rooms. All in all a perfect get away home that helps you relax, unwind and get in touch with nature!

Ideally located accommodation, view from the bedroom of the Esterel mountains and very nice sea view on the terrace. Hiking trails of the Esterel massif are within walking distance of the property. Located in an aging residence but the place is spotless. Very responsive and accommodating host.

Marie is sn excellent host. She was always responsive and helped out with all my requests. I would definitely stay here again. The apartment is modern and very clean. Easy parking in the garage which is a bonus for Théoule.

Eric and Masha were the perfect hosts. Eric met us at check-in and showed us around the beautiful apartment. He and Masha were very quick to respond to messages and spoke both French and English. The apartment is gorgeous with the most spectacular views of the Esterel mountains and the sea, and a huge terrace from which to enjoy them. There was plenty of room in the apartment to spread out and it was very comfortable. We particularly appreciated the toys for our almost three year old. We know Mandelieu very well, but hadn’t stayed here before and loved the area. The pool was beautiful and never busy. It was the ultimate relaxing holiday.

A beautiful modern furnished and large apartment, good amenities, large balcony and with a great view of the sea. Quietly located, with pool. The nearest villages can be reached in a few kilometers. Within walking distance you can reach a small fine harbor with beach and restaurants. The opportunity to hike and cycle directly from the apartment. Cannes, Grass, Vence and many other beautiful villages are not too far away.

Second stay on Théoule-sur-Mer always up to our expectations. Small piece of paradise , very well located accommodation. In a quiet residence, with a beautiful view. We love this place. See you very soon 🥰

Pleasant apartment, rather spacious for a studio. Bathroom is quite large. Appreciable space for the car. Isabelle is very responsive. Recommended.

A relaxing place with a superb view in a residence where the pool is a few meters away, sweet and very clean.. next to the snack bar(blue coffee) where you can taste excellent dishes of the day(thank you a pepone)fish or others, in a welcoming,family and sincere atmosphere..It was a magnificent stay in a really beautiful region.. Thank you to our host Suzanne and hope to be able to come back next year..

We had such a great stay here! Rebecca was a wonderful host, so friendly and helpful. She met us outside when we arrived and showed us how everything worked. The rental was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was great for quick meals, and she even stocked it with coffee pods, tea, drinks, and snacks—it felt like home! The patio was our favorite spot with breathtaking views of the sea and mountains. We had a private parking space (just be careful pulling out as the road is busy). The location was perfect—Nice was 10–15 minutes away, and we visited Èze, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Monaco, Menton, and even popped into Italy for a drink! We highly recommend the e-bike tour with Juan from Bike and Wine E-bike Tours Nice—biking to the Bellet wine region with a wine tasting was unforgettable. Don’t miss the Old Town Nice outdoor market and a cocktail/meal at Château Èze, the view is gorgeous. Perfect for couples, we’d absolutely stay here again!

Corinne's apartment is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and most importantly for me, very quiet. The unit is steps from the beach and just a short walk to a beautiful marina surrounded by restaurants and cafes. Corinne was so welcoming and attentive to all of my needs. I cannot recommend her apartment enough.

We just spent almost 2 weeks at this place. We recommend 300%. The view is exceptional!!! In addition, we greatly appreciated the calm that reigns in this residence. The nearby beaches and coves in early May were deserted and the green spring nature in nearby Esterel was very noticeable. We hope to come back next year because we really had a lovely vacation. Swimming pool in the residence is also very appreciated. In short, a dream stay!

The view is spectacular and Claire and Johan’s place is great! It’s steps from the beach and much more. We very much enjoyed our stay.

WOW! WOW! WOW! Breathtaking view in a such a beautiful property. Super clean. Renovated and very comfortable. Absolutely wonderful stay. Beautiful building with private parking is a plus. Beds very comfortable. Waking up to a dreamy view was heavenly. Just could not get enough! Alexandra is super sweet and kind. Made our stay even more enjoyable. Honestly, we did not want to leave. Everything was absolutely perfect. Location so central and like 8-10 minutes walking distance to the beach and all the happenings in tgr old town and the famous shoppings streets. . Anyone would fall in love with this place! Can’t go wrong! Highly recommend Alexandra’s stunning apartment.
