This was a perfect spot for a family spring break! The property and tiny home was wonderful.

My family loved our stay at Leticia's. She was so responsive in communication and made our travel easy. The home is set in a peaceful neighbor with great walking spaces. It is conveniently located to grocery stores, shops and IAH airport. Highly recommend!

POSITIVES: THIS WAS OVERALL 5 OUT OF 5 STARS. It is literally RIGHT on the water. You absolutely can fish off of the balcony. There is a lock box for check in so you don’t have to interact with anyone! There is no gate to get into the community so easy entrance. Parking is right outside. Great fast WiFi and a smart TV that already had Netflix logged in. Great shower with good water pressure, double sinks with a door between so if 1 person needs to use the bathroom, you can still use the other sink area to get ready. They provided shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and bar of soap. All sinks also had hand soaps available. There are also TVs in both the bedroom and living room. There (of course) were also lots of bugs outside but they stayed off the porch bc it’s treated. Really comfy king size bed.

His was our first women’s retreat weekend and I think it was the best so far. This home does not feel like an Airbnb. It was warm, inviting, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Host was great and communicated immediately.

I always live staying at this condo. There is lots to do and see, or if I just want to relax a little it is very quiet. Diana is always easy to communicate with.

This place is not only brand new seeming inside and extremely nice but the view and the hosts made our stay extra special. No detail was spared or overlooked. My whole family slept very well here. The hosts were extremely responsive and checked in multiple times, and were very flexible and kind to us, as we had an unexpected extended stay. The lakefront view was just gorgeous and is already missed!

We stayed here with our family of 4. It was spacious and easy for our needs. The home is well appointed with all the necessities. It’s close to the 610 Loop North, so getting around Houston was easy by car. There is a bayou park walking distance from the house. Very convenient with kids.
