Villa 11 is one of the nicest Airbnb properties I've stayed in in the past 5 years or so. There is absolutely everything you could need. The villa was spotless and nice and warm on the cool nights. Jacqui is, without a doubt, the best host I've ever had. She's very proactive and left some lovely personal touches such as milk, bread, butter and fresh flowers. I'll definitely book again when we're back in the area.

We were absolutely delighted to find Fran's lovely Airbnb for our recent short stay in Banchory to visit a friend. Quarterdeck is very comfortable and we thought it was extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. We also appreciated the thoughtful inclusion of fresh milk and variety of delicious Border biscuits. Fran showed us around and explained how to adjust the heating and how to contact her if we needed to. We wouldn't hesitate to stay with Fran again when we visit the area.

What can we say! It was just so wholesome and exactly what we were after for our relaxing new year break! We honestly felt so at home and will be visiting again!

What a wonderful (and sunny!) February midweek break we’ve had. The cottage is in a wonderful, peaceful location and we loved sitting outside amongst the trees with our coffee. Seeing a red squirrel in the tree above us was a bonus! The cottage has been beautifully and thoughtfully renovated to a high standard and everything was spotless. Sarah and her husband were friendly and very helpful, ensuring that our stay went without hitch. We certainly wouldn’t hesitate to return, or indeed recommend it to others.
