Debbie and Dan were exceptional hosts! They clearly care about their villa and maintain it very well. The villa was stocked with a full usable kitchen with all the tools one would need to cook in. The beds were comfortable, the house was very clean and can’t beat the location just a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the quick walk to Taylor Bay and the villa was equipped with lots of extras like pool/beach toys, towels, etc, and even had a washer and dryer! Debbie and Dan are a wealth of knowledge and had lots of useful recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay at Casa De Isle, we will return!

If you are looking for an affordable spot near Grace Bay this is it! It was absolutely perfect, about a 10 minute walk to the beach, and about 20/30 minute walk to get to downtown Grace Bay; which was very doable for our group! John was soooo nice too and super flexible, letting us stay past check out time if needed! There was plenty of accommodations in the condo too, filtered water, towels, washer/dryer, basically all basics! I 100% would stay here again and had the best time!

Great place with a great host and property manager. The host and manager were very responsive to any messages sent. Beach is close by and the house is in the middle of everything you would need. The house location was surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of Grace Bay. Great place for kids. They loved the upstairs loft and pool. If we ever return, we would rent this place again.

We had the perfect week at Eric’s villa in Long Bay. This was our 8th time to the island so we knew exactly where we wanted to be location wise. The house is everything you need. Very large, kitchen fully equipped, 2 full baths, laundry, TV/internet, and your own private pool. There is another identical house next to this one where you would share the driveway but no one was there our week. Eric went above and beyond letting us check in early and leave late, bringing extra pillows, and delivering fresh pastries every morning from his bakery on the island. We were spoiled. He even rescued us when we needed some help disassembling some kite gear - showed up immediately with a full tool box. As with all of Provo, there are many dogs on the island and these neighborhood dogs loved to bark at night but that isn’t unique to this property necessarily. Driveway is gated which added extra comfort. Lastly the 2 sets of double doors that fully open with screens were perfection.

My friend and I had amazing time at this private villa hosted by Yadley and Phillip. The location was perfect - just a short walk to Long Bay Beach which feels like a private spot and a quick drive to Grace Bay and other popular areas on the island. The villa was exactly as described - clean, spacious, great AC and a private pool that made it easy to relax when we weren’t at the beach. Yadley and Phillip were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay, offering great recommendations—including a fantastic meal at Mr. Grouper’s! The only small thing to note is that the kitchen was missing a few things (can opener, tupperware, oil, salt & pepper) so if you're planning to cook on vacay, it’s worth planning ahead. That said, this place was truly a gem and we would absolutely book it again!

A great place to stay when in Grace Bay! Tons of space with more bathrooms than you’d really need. Was here with 3 friends and we all had our own rooms and full bathroom each, but you could easily have a larger group or entire family stay here. The outdoor area with the private pool was fantastic and the fact that it came with free, easy parking was a great perk. Easily walkable to the beach, however, a car was a good idea to carry things like coolers since the walk is about 20 mins and in the heat there can feel like a lot. Close beach though with easy parking by the beach and no cost to park. Plenty of towels, cooler, etc. included. Only thing I might suggest is having some beach chairs for people to bring to the beach since the sunbeds at the beach are for hotel guests and can be expensive if you aren’t one. Great stay and will most certainly recommend/be back!

I cannot say enough great things about the beautiful home and Patricia and Marvin. They were so helpful . Gave us suggestions of popular restaurants, and local activities. We felt very comfortable in the home. It was like a 3 min walk across the street to the beach. Patricia and Marvin have 5 beach chairs on the beach marked Turks Haven Villas. We had a rental car and every thing was just like 15 min or less to get to. Perfect location. We did have a few questions while there and Patricia was always so responsive and helpful. Beautiful seating area on second floor outside of master bedroom. I enjoyed sitting there in the morning watching the sunrise. The pool was perfect. We felt like we were in a five star resort. Fresh flowers on the kitchen counter when we arrived and on the side tables on the patio. We can hardly wait to go again.

Wow, wow, and again—WOW! One of the best vacations I’ve ever had! The villa is brand new, beautifully designed, and perfectly equipped. Two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and outdoor shower, open onto a stunning infinity pool facing the endless blue sea. The open-concept kitchen and living area between the bedrooms offers the ideal blend of privacy and togetherness—perfect for a couple, friends, or family. And the rooftop? A dream for stargazing. Every detail is thought of 3 (!) coffee machines, BBQ, Sonos, beach towels, umbrellas, chairs - you name it. The gated property and beautiful driveway add a true sense of privacy and exclusivity. And Shiri, the host, was amazing! so warm, responsive, and helpful throughout. She gave us great recommendations and even helped us book a jet ski tour that was unforgettable. As a gay man, I felt safe, welcome, and truly at home—Shiri’s allyship meant so much. I’d come back every year if I could. Truly perfect in every way.

My husband and have been Airbnb'ing in the Carribean countries for 5+ years in different places and this is spot is the best/our favorite among all those we have visited. The pool and surrounding gardens at Chelle's place are lovely and private. The location is in a great part of the island, close to everything but not too busy or noisy. The ACs in the two rooms made the Villa very comfortable quickly and is well set up for your needs. I know sounds odd for vacation, but we really enjoyed the kitchen and grill to cook when we opted to not restaurant and just hang by the pool for the evening. The beach is short walk from the property. Chelle, the host, is very responsive and has great recommendations for restaurants and activities in TCI. We will definitely be back and hope you all enjoy, but don't tell everyone about TCIs best AirBNB!

Our stay at the villa was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and beautifully maintained the property was. The villa itself was outstanding, with elegant decor and all the comforts of home. One of the best parts was its prime location—just a short walk to downtown Grace Bay, where we enjoyed great dining, shopping, and the incredible beach. The gated property gave us an added sense of security, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our time. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect getaway!

The house is fully equipped and has everything you might need. Highly recommended, unless you have any walking limitation. The house is near the grace Bay Area, but the road leading to it is unpaved. So if you plan to walk from and to it, just make sure you have no problem taking short walks on unpaved roads. Our group had some kids and a baby, and that was a bit of a hassle. But other than that, the house is spacious, fully equipped, beds comfortable and location is convenient.

Definitely recommend! Host was friendly and the space was enough to accommodate our large family! We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again. Pros: Host was extremely kind and helpful to us. Insect repellent and other helpful items were provided to help with our stay. Security cameras etc on property gave us a sense of safety. Water fountain with drinkable cold water provided. Area is pretty central and close to a lot of stuff. Cons: Lots of mosquitoes. Cell phone reception was pretty poor in the units. It does have a lot of bush / trees in the area which causes you to have to be super cautious at night when leaving/entering the property.

We enjoyed our week stay at Sandy's place. We rented a small SUV and drove all around Provo. The roads out to North West Point is rough but doable if you go slow and have a high clearance vehicle, we packed our own gear, saw sea turtles and lots of tropical fish right off the beach. We took a ferry to explore North and Middle Caicos on a day trip which was great. There are 2 large IGA grocery stores close by to get anything you want to prepare your own food. The beds were very comfortable, AC units are slim systems which are quiet and very effective air management. Having a washer and drying helped us to pack light and not deal with checked luggage.

Very easy to find. George met us at the house and walked us through how to use everything. Home was clean and had everything you need to enjoy the island. Centrally located in Grace Bay. Easy to use bikes provided and grill for convenient cooking at the house. There was AC and filtered water provided. Private gate and home alarms. Felt very safe for our family of 7.

We stayed in Caya Villa 2 for 1 week. The house is beautiful & exactly as shown in the pictures. It was spacious, comfortable & clean. They even provided a mid-week cleaning which was great. The bathrooms are awesome & the mattresses are comfortable. The location was decent. It is just a short 10 minute ride into the heart of Grace Bay. However, several of the roads are not paved & there are a fair amount of stray dogs. Although the house is so close to Long Bay Beach, there is no access to the beach (unless you drive for 10+ minutes), so we could not walk to the beach. The major disappointment was that we could not use the beautiful outdoor spaces of the house as we expected because the no-see-ums were really bad (we each had bw 60-100 bites) & the pool was not heated. There is a lot of vacant land in the neighborhood with overgrown vegetation which must contribute to the bugs. The pool was simply too cold for my kids (I was okay w/the temps). Overall, we had a nice week.

This was my second time staying at this wonderful home. I had a great experience the first time I stayed in February. I came back to Turks and Caicos Island for another trip but regretfully I was trying to save some money so I went with a very cheap place. When I arrived to that place it was an awful condition. I reached out to Colleen immediately and asked if she had any availability last minute. Thank God, she did have availability and the home was beautifully prepared for my arrival. It was so clean and tidy and well equipped and comfortable. I will never stay anywhere else on the Turks and Caicos! It is very convenient to the kite surf beach of Long Bay. I love that they have an outdoor shower so it'seasy to wash off my sand from my equipment and wetsuits without bringing the sand inside the house. It was so nice to have a fully equipped kitchen so that I can prepare meals there. They give you privacy and it's a very fantastic property to stay. You will not regret it!

Janet place is great if you are looking for privacy. Jana was available for us at all times, for everything that we needed. Jana also helped us with missing snorkeling gear. The sitting area outside and the pool was awesome. All in all, it was a great experience and met our expectations Eran

Robin and Donna are excellent hosts, who went above and beyond to exceed our expectations! The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, which is exactly what we where looking for only a 2 min drive from Grace Bay beach and the city center, with the infamous CoCo Bistro restaurant right around the corner from our villa. Robins Villa is beautifully laid out, very spacious and immaculately clean with a detailed decorative touch in every room to make it feel all the more warm and welcoming. Thanks guys for everything!!! We had an amazing stay and hope to see you again soon!

Candice's place was just what we would have hoped for. Candice was responsive to our every communication. One of the AC units wasn't operating as it should, and she immediately had an AC repairman there (arranged within minutes). The place was very clean and orderly. The inside of the unit is better than pictured. Though, the outside isn't anything to look at (which may be why there aren't any exterior pictures). It's located right next to Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club, and very convenient to downtown, beaches, and stores. A great experience. Thanks Candice!

Beautiful spot, private pool, beautiful view of the sound. Would recommend 10/10.

1st I have to say I was really worried about the small car I rented after reading some reviews about the road. Once I drove it though I realized it was no worse than some of the other roads I have driven in Provo. Is it rough in spots, yes, but it is completely drivable. Mainly 2 rough spots. Just follow the best path and you will be fine. We had a little Honda Fit and never once had an issue. The house was great! Set up was perfect for us and we loved having our own private bathrooms. Plenty of room and loved the nice quiet neighborhood. Very peaceful and relaxing. FYI the beds were so comfortable, I slept so well while there. Jason gave us recommendations for everything to help make our trip enjoyable and make sure we didn't miss a thing. Snorkeling info was greatly appreciated. :) Thank you Jason and Jermaine! We will definitely be back again.

We loved our stay. We didn’t want to leave. The house was just as described. It was perfect for our family of three. Everything was really clean and beds were comfortable. Jasmine is super responsive and helpful. We will definitely be coming back!
