Hien is a wonderful, warm and funny person… this space is lovely and quiet perfect to be at peace. She is so thoughtful to show you around, bring you coffee,, arrange rides and so forth. Just a lovely individual I wish I could’ve stayed for much longer.

My stay at Tinh House was truly an amazing experience! This place is a hidden gem tucked away in the city. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the most beautiful lounge, filled with stunning decorations and lush plants everywhere. It felt like an oasis! I also loved the adorable kittens that greeted me. The onsite cafe was a great perk, offering delicious food and drinks. What truly stood out was the incredible staff – they were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay even better. Finally, the rooms were very clean and incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend Tinh House for a wonderful stay!

Amazing property and excellent location. Just a little walk to the beach and it’s beautiful and pristine. The Villa is stunning with lovely pool and barbecue. Rooms are spacious and quaint. Special mention to Vu who offered us great recommendations for local sight seeing and travel. He was always on the toes and diligently helpful. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable because of Vu. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend everyone and anyone to stay and enjoy the heavenly abode of Phu Quoc here at Liz Villa.

The owner agreed to overstay the checkout time. The place was new and clean. Near the capital phu-quoc.

Great space for a big group of people.

Nin's place is wonderful. exactly as described. love the quietness in the morning and enjoy the seaview and breeze. i went thr a few mishaps in this trip and Nin was such a wonderful host and helped me with it. she went the extra mile in helping me. without her help, I will be totally lost. Will definitely go back to her place if I go back to Phu Quoc and will recommend her place to my friends.

Great. Note that there are only three beds even for more than six people! Pool was great

The house is tidy and clean, the bedding is comfortable, facing the sunset and fireworks, the view is first-class, there is a swimming pool on the top floor, it is very convenient to go to the island, worth recommending

The communication with Joe was really easy, he was helpful and answered within minutes. The bungalow is nicely located, calm area, some nice restaurants nearby and 5 min from the beach away. Overall a really nice experience. We enjoyed it a lot :-)

Brilliant stay at the accommodation, James responsiveness to any messages was great, no issues at all. Accommodation was first class, superb space and room, lovely bathrooms and pool. Easy to sort a bike, 5 minutes to the beach and plenty of local lovely restaurants…the ideal place to be

Great place to stay! It's well located, close to shops and restaurants, but really quiet so you can relax. The staff is friendly and always happy to help. The swimming pool is great and the internet works well. I had to do some work while staying here and had no connection issues. Overall, a great experience!

We stayed 5 nights in a bungalow house of Joe. The location was very quiet and we were absolutely satisfied. The house offers plenty of space and the public beach is a 3-minute walk away. Joe was also very helpful in renting a motorcycle and we had one in front of the house in just 10 minutes! We would come back in a heartbeat :-)
