We loved our stay at Thành’ family home stay. This felt more like a private all inclusive lodge than other home stays. The facilities are superb, comfortable and clean. The amenities nearby in Tam coc and Ninh Binh are abundant and the family welcoming and helpful. They go above and beyond for each guest to have an amazing experience: for us this included arranging day trips, bike hire, travel and even picking us up at 0500 when there were no taxi’s. They also provide 3 meals daily at the accommodation. The food is amazing and you almost feel like you don’t need to leave if the surrounding area wasn’t so beautiful. We highly recommend this home stay for the Ninh Binh and Tam coc area and would return any time.

I was very warmly welcomed and the room with private bathroom was beautiful and very stylishly built and furnished! They gave good tips and the coffee in the morning was very delicious! ☺️

This place exceeded our expectations! Located on a quiet street, just a 7-minute walk from a lively area with restaurants, stores, and massage parlors, it’s a hidden gem. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The owner is a delightful and positive person, and we’re so glad to have met him. The rooms are well-equipped for a cozy stay, with daily cleaning, fresh towels, and linens adding to the comfort. Guests can enjoy delicious meals, laundry service, and even rent bicycles or scooters. Cabs and airport transfers are easily arranged. The hotel’s lush greenery and inviting corners make it a relaxing retreat, and the fast, stable internet is great for online work. From start to finish, everything was perfect. We wouldn’t change a thing and can’t wait to return!

Personally, we had the best time in a peaceful space. The food was delicious, the coffee was good, and the host grandmother and sister were friendly! Since I stayed 3 nights, I saw that if another guest left, they took out the canopy of the bed and all the comforters, rugs, etc. to wash them. It's a cottage in the countryside, so bugs appear, but the bedding is excellent and very clean! The naturalist bathroom was also kept clean. I will definitely go back ♥️💛💛♥️💛

Two magical nights. I am so glad we committed to the journey to get here as it was so memorable and the views are spectacular. The bed is cosy and comfortable, the food is delicious and generous and the hosts are friendly and very helpful. There are small waterfalls only 500m away to have a little swim and some lunch but when you return to your hut, you feel a million miles from everything - in the best way possible!

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The hosts were very warm and helpful. We felt at home. You can rent bikes for free and easily explore the surroundings. The breakfast was very tasty and also the other things we tried in the host's cafe. The accommodation is therefore highly recommended! :)

One of our best stays over 2 months of travel!! Kua's parents are incredibly kind, discreet but present. They adopted our 5 year old daughter (who also loved playing with their little dog) and were adorable with her. We fished and cooked with them, we shared meals with them, all using Google translate 😉 Kua was also very attentive, checking in every day and helping us with transportation. Their son also gave us some great tips for visiting the area. A wonderful stay, a very nice immersion in the daily life of the Vietnamese 😊

accommodation faithful to the photos, unusual and above all super nice with its beautiful outdoor bathtub! perfect if you want to rest after long days of visiting in the middle of plants. Our host was a lovely woman, we were able to count on her kindness and availability at every step of our stay! I would recommend this place 100%!
