Monthly Rentals in Thalahena

I stayed at Sumudu's place with my mother for nearly 4 weeks. we felt right at home. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The complex was secure and had gym and a pool. Sumudu is such a responsive and helpful host. Event hough the apartment complex was right next to a busy street, the apartment was very quiet. There are lot of supermartkets and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend Sumudu's place to anyone who is looking for a place near Colombo.

It's a great place to stay. Very clean ans tidy. Felt right at home. Sumal was a great host. He was very friendly and professional. Always available to communicate at anytime of the day. Very clear instructions on everything and very thoughtful of every little detail. Never felt any uneasiness at Sumal's place. Would definitely come again! 😊 ❤️

I booked Nelson's place in Battaramulla for my long work stay in Sri Lanka. It was a very peaceful and quiet place with all things I wanted. Walking distance to supermarkets and a couple of restaurants. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place just outside of heart of Colombo and especially a quite place.
