This charming wee granite cottage is snuggled into the idyllic countryside in the shadow of the local landmark, Bennachie, a large hill range which dominates the landscape.

The ground floor features two private entrances, a downstairs shower room and spacious open plan kitchen-lounge. 50 inch smart tv and fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs features a large bedroom with independent storage room, decadent freestanding bath, King- sized bed with new mattress and storage drawers.

Beautiful views from a great vantage point on Bennachie this rustic cottage is ideally located for hillwalking, sightseeing or simply getting away from it all. Only 10 minutes drive from Inverurie and a short walk over the hill from the pitodrie house hotel which offers luxury dining and a cozy bar. There is also a riding school nearby and of course all the walking trails are on your doorstep. We are pet friendly but the garden is not enclosed.

Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.

Accessed by a spiral staircase your space comprises 2 bedrooms for 4 people over two floors in a private wing of the house with large bathroom and small sitting room with tv. Full breakfast included.
