Monthly Rentals in Thai Ko

I am a solo traveller and stayed at North Park for 1.5 months. It’s a great long stay option. Comfortable, clean, and safe and the staff here are lovely. There is a mini mart and 7-11 in walking distance and the mall is close by. There are quiet avenues around the golf course for walking/jogging which is unique in Bangkok. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Yannisa place, majority for working from home purposes. The internet was good and stable. Late check in available and K.Yannisa was very helpful and responsive. The property is very secure, with 24 hours security manning the entrance. However, one minor things to note is the aircon during our stay was not as cool. But there is an aircon and the room was located on level 9 so heaps of breeze. Overall worth the price, would come back again.
