I really enjoyed my stay Jacob was super respectful and responsive to any issues I would have (which I didn’t have any) I loved the home and was super thankful for Jacob trusting me in there home I highly recommend Jacob’s place for an escape it was awesome I will for sure be revisiting thanks Jacob!!

I ended up in a bind with another Airbnb cancelling on me, and this was easy to book and the owners incredibly responsive and helpful. Got some great recommendations for the area, but honestly we ended staying in the place most of the time and just relaxing. Had a full house but didn't feel like we were on top of each other and it was a fantastic trip!

Larry & Tabatha are great! This isn't our first stay and won't be our last. We always seem to make it during severe weather and they make sure we are doing good and feeling safe. Big plus--hanging out with the neighbor! Such a great community and hidden gem of a lake cottage! We truly appreciate the hosts and their love of animals and the lake!!!

Me and my groomsmen enjoyed our stay and liked the location being right off the lake. It’s a nice little cabin the felt like home away from home.

We loved the beautiful, peaceful neighborhood! It was our first stay, but we drove straight to the house. The house was well organized inside with pretty decor. We enjoyed having two bathrooms. The master bathroom was spacious! Although the driveway was narrow, there was plenty of space curbside, with shade, for our pickup and boat trailer. Our dog enjoyed the large, fenced-in back yard!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication with the host was easy and they were super responsive. Would definitely stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

SailingSaddle Ranch cottage is a great little farm house with excellent views! It’s so peaceful there. This lovely two bedroom cottage was perfect for our stay with our grandson in the country. Lots of room to run, play and explore! Two great porches for relaxing in the serene surroundings ! Highly recommend!! Hope we can return soon.

We had a great stay at this two-bedroom condo! The unit was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor pool was a fantastic bonus, and the gated parking made things super convenient and secure. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Sarah’s beautiful property. This is a gorgeous place with peaceful and private surroundings. Private gate makes you feel safe and secure. Very comfortable and spacious, perfect for family get togethers like ours. Everything you need to relax and enjoy. Bells is a small town but you’ll find anything you need close by. Just a short drive into Sherman/Denison or to Bonham. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great stay! We had a company meeting and we are a remote team. This space was perfect! Great space bedroom rise, entertaining space and fantastic backyard. It was great to use the outdoor grill, lounge in the pool / hot tub and even take a stool by the lake. Tim was prompt to respond and great on communication. We will definitely be back!

Perfect distance from Grandscapes. Peaceful neighborhood with plenty of privacy. Marissa was very helpful and communicative. Would recommend this house to anyone.

We had a great stay at the farmhouse! The house has enough space for all the girls and we loved having the farm as our backdrop for pool days! Leo the dog was so sweet and friendly. We got to make friends with the goats, chickens and cows. Highly recommend using this place as a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life.

We had a wonderful stay here and very much enjoyed the pool! Cash/Sarah were very responsive when I messaged them. I originally booked for 3 days and extended it to four and they were very helpful with accepting my request. The area was lovely and very quiet it definitely felt like home. We tried a new ice cream place called Henrys Ice Cream, so if you book this home check it out sometime the staff was very nice and let us try samples before we decided on our flavors it’s only 3 mins away. Overall I would recommend staying here you’ll get your money’s worth and the hosts are very responsive if there are any problems.

Great stay here! The pool is amazing and the area is great. Hosts were very attentive to every need and quick to respond when asked. We’d recommend some minor upgrades to the property for the price (bedding, kitchen utensils, etc) and a clear maintenance schedule timing. However, overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

The place was beautiful and exactly as the listing and pictures showed. We LOVED the donkeys and miniature horse. It is out in the country, so not close to restaurants, but was perfect for the wedding venue we were attending at The French Farmhouse.

The perfect secluded place to get away from the city, awesome views, no city noise, no problems. Already planning an adventure motorcyle ride out to turner falls. Will be using Stevens amazing A frame for the overnight stay again. Thank y'all.

The cabin was comfortable. It is a beautiful setting. My grandchildren had fun exploring the grounds and using the games. They went fishing and have not stopped talking about it even though they didn't catch anything. We will stay there again I am sure.

We enjoyed our stay with Joe and Elle so much! The entire experience from check-in to check-out was seamless and easy. I was able to directly communicate with them with any questions I had, and they were very quick to respond. You can see their sense of style and humor all throughout the cabin with their helpful and funny notes. I would recommend this place to any and everyone looking for a peaceful getaway from daily life.
