Bungalow vacation rentals in Texel

We were in North Holland for a short trip with our dog. the check-in was flexible, Hans and Anita very nice and the place very clean, well equipped and warm. We were able to make nice excursions! Gladly come back.

Lovingly furnished beach house! Highly recommend it :-)

The apartment smelled quite musty when entering. The table looked like someone had breakfast right now. Crumble on the chairs and floor. The furnishings (coffee machine, dishes, cutlery) are heavily worn. We washed everything in the dishwasher. The bedrooms are too small, difficult to turn at all. The beds with the mattresses are an imposition for each back. In addition, there were metal cabinets with the cheapest appearance in the rooms. The hot water felt like it took forever to get warm from the pipe. This made the shower a lottery game because suddenly cold water came and it took to warm up again. Toilet flush without water saving function! 10 liters away every time. The bathroom is also extremely cramped. We will come back to this beautiful area, but then safely in an apartment with more comfort.

We really liked the cottage. Great amenities (just no dishwasher) and very clean, well-kept accommodation with a nice garden/terrace. Beach only about 1 km away on foot. In our opinion, there are outstanding conditions for cycling (lockable storage for the bikes available at the house), hiking /running, especially in the dunes, in the region around Julianadorp. Would have liked to stay longer (only 4 nights) and will definitely come back.

A very cozy cottage with a huge nice, large fenced garden that you will certainly make yourself and your four-legged friend very happy with. Lots of privacy. The cottage is perfectly arranged and everything has been thought of … we can't think of anything that felt like it was missing. The two of us could manage just fine with the small shower. The 2 beautiful sinks in both bedrooms compensated for us the necessary lack of space. We greatly enjoyed it! And we are once again amazed by the beautiful nature! This is the most cost-effective and comprehensive listing I've ever stayed in.The interior of the house is very clean and has a large yard so it has its own private space.The Host even prepared two bicycles, a BBQ grill, and entertainment items such as cards.The neighborhood where the house is located is very beautiful and very quiet, we had two pleasant nights here.Thank you for providing us with a perfect place to stay for our holiday.

The location of the house is excellent. 10 minutes, mostly through dunes and you are on a quiet beautiful beach. In front of the cottage a lawn with trampoline, carts, go-karts. Ideal for young children. Good farm shop with many organic products including delicious bread, good soup and lots of fruits and vegetables. Sympathetic owner of the cottage . Had a wonderful time.

Comfortable vacation property with 3 good sized bedrooms. Good beds and clean bathrooms. Excellent garden area and furniture. Peacefull . Extremely pleasant stay and host was flexible regarding check out time which improved our stay.

It was a super great stay. The bungalow was like the pictures. Very new and very clean. All necessary utensils were available in the kitchen. The staff was always super accessible and helpful! I highly recommend the place. We will definitely be back !

Very clean and well decorated house, placed in a beautiful corner of the island. It has a full working kitchen, a great garden with a great view, and nice relaxing living room space. Would recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable getaway.

It was a very nice stay - peace and relaxation is on Texel program! The place was very clean, modernly equipped and just like in the pictures! Giant meadow and piece of forest opposite the terrace - even if the holiday parks on the island certainly offer more - we just enjoyed the peace and the extensive property, as well as the "solitude" very much. ❤️ Thanks also to the uncomplicated assistance - we were able to check in later than planned due to various circumstances - this was very hospitable and uncomplicated! I'm sure we'll be back!

This house was perfect for our stay on Texel. The only issue we had (missing coffee jug) was dealt with immediately. Check in was OK though very little information was given (location / parking / bins / check out procedures not indicated) however the house was in very good condition throughout, clean and well equipped. Kitchen is small but well provisioned and the bathroom is excellent. We were a multigenerational family group and the property offered enough space to both be together but also not be on top of each other all the time. The downstairs WC / bedroom for the older part of our party was also ideal. Secure bike storage with power points or e-bikes is great - these can easily be hired nearby too. There is a small but very well stocked supermarket within easy walk. Bike hire, bakery and a few restaurants also nearby. For a longer walk aim for the lighthouse! The coast path to Oudeschild is a beautiful cycle but watch out for the headwind on the way back!

We enjoyed staying with our family at Anja's place. For a next visit to Texel, we will definitely check out this accommodation again! Thank you!

Perfect home for a stay at one of the most beautiful areas in NL. Super clean, fully equipped, and nicely appointed. Definitely recommend. The only aspect that can use an upgrade is the pillows, so if you are sensitive, make sure to bring your own.

We had a nice stay and the contact with Jacqueline was very nice. A beautiful place and lots of privacy. Definitely recommended and the island is easy to see from there.
