Ecological swimming pool and luxury breakfast

Do you really want to get to know Texel or unwind completely? Then this fairy tale location, between the small village of De Waal and next to nature reserve "Waalenburg," in the middle of the island, is perfect for you, to explore Texel from here. The B&B, located on the first floor, offers a stunning view of the garden, the farmland and the polder. In the garden (4000 m²), there is an ecological swimming pond where you can start the day with a dive followed by our luxury breakfast.

B&B centrally located on Texel

Our B&B is located on the upper floor of our house in De Waal, centrally located on Texel, the ideal base for exploring the island. Waalenburg nature reserve is 1 km from the house. Here you can walk or cycle through one of the most beautiful nature reserves on Texel. The various museums are also easily accessible. Including Kaapskil and of course Ecomare where you can visit the seals. Den Burg, the largest village on the island with various shops, is 2 km away.

B&B Office Warmoesstraat

Centrally located in the characteristic center of Den Burg. Many nice dining options nearby. Good starting point to explore the entire island. Close to bicycle rental, forest, beach and dunes. The island of Texel has lots of entertainment, museums and sights for everyone. The B&B room has its own shower and toilet, spacious living room, smart TV, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, coffee & tea. Cozy box bed in bedroom. No breakfast, but nice places in the area.

KLIF 1, studio 2/3

‘Kamer 3’ is a cosy studio on the first floor of a ‘stolpboerderij’. It features a living part with a lovely sofa corner, diner table for two and a very well equipped kitchen(ette). The bedroom is en-suite with a handbasin and television. There is a private bathroom at the opposite of the room with a shower, small handbasin and toilet. Also there’s a sheltered garden for common use of our guests, with a large diner table and sun chairs.

Experience Texel through the eyes of a local and relax in an insane location in the middle of De Koog. I grew up on Texel and after many trips abroad, I started to appreciate the beauty of the island even more. And I want to share that with as many people as possible through my own bed and breakfast on Texel. The location exactly matches the experience I want to offer my guests. The cozy Side Room (10m2) is located on the side of the farm, adjacent to the pantry of the B&B, is equipped with a double bed (160*210) and a spacious fully equipped bathroom (7m2) with walk-in shower and nice bathtub. You will have use of a shared pantry and a spacious living room, with its own comfortable seating area for each.
