Vacation rentals in Tevairoa

We very much enjoyed the house. Newer and more modern than others we stayed at on the islands. Very spacious, amazing view, lots of seating indoors and out, good beds . It was well kept. We loved how short a drive it was to Matira beach where we swam everyday. There are a few local restaurants nearby and a couple smaller hotels but it’s a very quiet area. Some of the larger hotels in the area closed during Covid and have sadly become abandoned. That was sad to see but we still felt very safe The Rohivai company directly across the street offers excellent snorkeling tours and is definitely a must! Like in many tropical area, you can’t leave food on the counters or you’ll get teeny ants. It’s possible the people before were not careful because we saw ants the first day. We were meticulous about keeping everything in the fridge or sealed and the problem went away. We rented the top floor. There were people in the lower level but we never heard them. Would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay and would definitely stay there again. We spent most evenings on the outside deck listening to music and enjoying the beautiful view of the lagoon. We took several bike rides (provided by the host) to the nearby stores. Was really nice to see how locals live. We did a day pass to the Conrad resort and though we thought that was amazing we would rather stay at Villa Sunrise. There is a rental car agency 5 minute walk from the house. Just past that a Jetski rental. So super convenient. If you want a more real island vibe vs luxury resort type thing I highly recommend this house.

Thank You Frederic and family for sharing with us your beautiful home, the Tiki House. Frederic met us at Tiki House with a warm welcome and showed us around the beautiful little house and his lovely gardens! The home has several small touches to make it a lovely and comfortable place to stay. We wished our plans had allowed for a longer stay. It is private and quiet, comfortable air conditioning and comfortable bed. The breakfast provided was out of this world!! Everything about the stay was perfect in every way!! It is a blessing to stay in a place owned and cared for by a local. You can feel the warmth and love they have for their island and their home. Thanks again and hopefully someday we will be back.

Communication was excellent. We arrived by flight, had a rental car and took the quick 5 min drive over. Sam was there, who lives on the property. He got us situated, even offered to let us borrow the kayak to go out into the lagoon, and found some snorkels for us to use! We had a nice short stay in Bora Bora, and everything was so close. My wife wasn't feeling well and we had an afternoon flight out, and with rain all day, there wasn't much for us to do, so with a flexible check-out we were able to let her rest and I took the kids down the road to the yellow food truck Kai Kai. Thank you for a great stay!

Very pleasant stay in this bungalow Well equipped,Johan is a very welcoming host And very helpful, he immediately puts you at ease. He picked me up when I arrived while I warned at the last minute The bungalow is very well located close to two convenience stores,a plus for the washing machine and pods offered,superb address I hope to come back

We loved this apartment and the spacious veranda! Everything was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfy. We directly felt like at home. We got bikes for the whole week, so we were very flexible in going to the 'Super U' for groceries or to Matira Beach. We loved our stay and definitely recommend it.

Tamatoe has always been available and the accommodation is as described , if you stay for a long time better to rent the car , alternative taxis , but walking is not possible. The accommodation is several kilometers from the center of Vaitape , the only place where you can stock up is where there are amenities
