Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Tetouan Province

Rarely do you find a place that just fits. The views? Unreal. The location? Spot on. The details? Thoughtful in a way that makes you wonder why more places aren’t designed like this. Every corner felt like it was meant to be explored, and honestly, finding something this good is near impossible. Then there’s Amine—professional, quick to respond, and somehow always one step ahead, even with questions beyond the stay itself. The kind of host who makes the experience seamless. 10/10. My stay was excellent. The location of the accommodation is very good, which made it very easy to move around the area. Everything was very clean and well cared for, which is very much appreciated. The cottage is on a small promontory that offers a really splendid view of both parts of the village and the surrounding peaks. Away from the road, calm reigns and the nights are totally quiet. The garden is neat, fences a wooden palisade and one accesses the roof terrace by an external staircase. The tour of the house is paved in stone. Parking is easy. Paths start from the bottom of the access road and lead to the village or countryside and surrounding forests. The place is properly equipped but deserves some furnishings.

The accommodation was spotless, perfectly clean, well maintained and ideally located, which made our stay enjoyable. Fatima Zahra was very kind and warm, she was always available to meet our needs. A perfect experience I highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The house was spotless, nicely decorated and equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Location was perfect close to all the attractions. The best place to choose and we would definitely stay here again and again!

Great apartment. The cleanest and best set up apartment we have stayed in for 3 months in Morocco. We were very excited to have a toaster and kettle! Plenty of space, very good hot water, comfortable bed. Good neighbourhood full of locals and plenty of options for finding food. Only downside was noisy upstairs neighbour (possible due to Ramadan) so we were woken a number of times each night. We would happily return.

Accommodation matches the photos but above all impeccable in terms of storage and cleanliness, it's nice. Oussama was super responsive and precise in his explanations from start to finish. P.S.: Small plus for the sunny terrace all afternoon

We had a pleasant stay at the artist's apartment. Hicham was very attentive, friendly and available. He recommended restaurants and accompanied us by video when we arrived at the apartment to guide us. The accommodation is very clean and very well arranged even with children. We will come back to the artist's apartment without hesitation. Thanks Hicham.

This was the first time I had travelled to Oued Laou, I took public transport ( bus ) from Tetouan, small advice if you have big luggages or young children best to get a taxi from taxi station which is about 20 - 25 minutes walk from the coach station as bus ram packed at times. From Tetouan to Oued Laou is about 1 hour and 30 minutes but once you come off right in the middle of the village , ( Yassir picked me up and brought me to the apartment ). Yassir was very helpful in anything needed and answered any questions I had. The sea is right on the door step which can be looked from outside of the apartment which is just beautiful! Yassir mother was also lovely and greetful even though of the language barrier. The apartment had everything that you needed, it was clean, safe and warmly. There is wifi but do not be completely reliant suggest bringing a back up. The shops i.e meat, veg, fruits, and laundary is not too far giving you the opporunity to have your daily excerise. Recommend.

Highly recommended! I had the pleasure of living in this apartment for a few days, and it was a fantastic experience. The apartment is bright, clean and modernly furnished, which immediately provides a feel-good feeling. I was particularly impressed by the well-equipped kitchen and the cozy living room. The location of the apartment is excellent. Close to shops, restaurants and public transport, which makes everyday life much easier. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, and I felt safe at all times. A big shout out to the landlords, who were very helpful and accommodating. If you have any questions or concerns, they were always available and helped quickly. Overall a great apartment that I can recommend to anyone!

We spent several nights at Zakaria's apartment, everything went very well in terms of communication and access to the accommodation. The listing is as described and photographed. The sea is within walking distance and we were able to enjoy the pool :) Great place to discover Martil, travel to Tetouan, M'diq... I recommend it!

Adil was a great host, the apartment was exactly as described. He was very kind and helpful throughout, despite the language barrier of not being able to speak English, he was able to communicate effectively and very responsive. All in all 5 stars for me. Great value for money

Pleasant efficient price correct house clean and well located I highly recommend it.

Good guy with immediate response.

Very nice and especially safe home. There are constantly guards around you. You can easily park your car in front of the door or put it in the garage. You can enjoy hiking in the area and you have some swimming pools that you can use. In the area there are plenty of nice dining spots and for us the location near the beach was a plus. We were sometimes bothered by noisy upstairs neighbors at the time in the evening. Imad is a very nice host who is quick to respond and helpful.

It was the most beautiful stay I had in Martil, the apartment is very clean, the towels, the shower, the kitchen, the equipment... everything is perfect, the residence is super calm and close to the beach, 4 minutes on foot, Mr. Suleiman is helpful and even though he was not in town he was in contact with me throughout the stay, Fatima is also kind and smiling, she welcomed us warmly, I will come back next time inshaalah to your home with my whole family, and I thank you very much ❤️

Exceptional experience from beginning to end. The accommodation is perfect: clean, well arranged, very well located, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We immediately feel at home there. But what makes this stay really unique is Nabil. Even if he isn't the owner, he oversees everything with a master's hand. Ultra responsive, always available, he found me solutions to every need. He anticipates, reassures, he arranges. It's rare to come across someone so professional, involved, and human at the same time. Thanks to him, I was able to fully enjoy the stay without stress or unforeseen. Honestly, I've had quite a few Airbnb Experiences before, but this one goes straight into my top 1. If you still hesitate, don't hesitate: this place + Nabil is the perfect combination.
