**Great apartment in perfect location!** We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and stylishly furnished apartment. The location is ideal – within walking distance of the main squares, restaurants and the beach. The apartment was clean, well equipped and offered all we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with Malak was excellent, and the check-in/check-out processes were smooth. We highly recommend this place and would stay here again any time!

Our stay at Dar Mama Noufissa was absolutely magical. Located in front of the peaceful Lake Ibn Battouta in Tangier, this beautiful villa offers a perfect escape from the everyday hustle and bustle. Surrounded by farms and wildlife, it’s a true sanctuary for relaxation. From the start, we were warmly welcomed by the amazing hosts Rehab, Ali, and Mama Noufissa, whose hospitality made us feel right at home. They showed us around and ensured our stay was perfect. The caretakers were also kind and thoughtful, sending us off with local fruits as a goodbye gift. The villa is a work of art, with every detail carefully designed. We loved the stunning interiors and spent amazing moments with our family by the pool and on the terrace. It was a truly unforgettable experience, and we can’t recommend Dar Mama Noufissa enough for anyone seeking a relaxing getaway.

A fantastic stay in the heart of Tetouan almost seemed like an apartment hotel. I had a wonderful time in this luxury apartment in Tetouan! Everything is brand new, modern and very comfortable. The location is perfect: centrally located and close to beautiful beaches and tourist sites. The presence of an elevator and a private garage area made the stay extra pleasant. Our host, Faisal, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He was always on hand to help us with tips and advice. What really made our stay special was that Faisal even took us to the airport, as we had to return our rental car downtown – great service! In short, a top stay that I can recommend to anyone. Thank you, Faisal! Will definitely be back.

i travel alone. I was safe throughout my stay. it's a family pavilion on two floors overlooking the sea. very secure. for me,it was reassuring to know that there are always people present on site. the apartment has a nice sea view. direct access to the corniche. very intimate. I saw a parking space for a small utility that I could park inside. Perfect for me.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I've ever booked! The level is worthy of a hotel: impeccable cleanliness, quality mattress, all the essentials available… and a beautiful view of the beach. Even though the property is not pet friendly, the host kindly accepted our 2-month-old puppy. I really hope this place becomes pet friendly in the future — that way, I can come back with my two dogs! I would recommend it 100%. A little tip: avoid large suitcases, take backpacks instead. There is quite a walk between the parking lot and the house.
