Vacation rentals with a patio in Terre di Pedemonte

We really loved our stay at the property. It was much more beautiful than in the pictures. Very big windows overlooking Lake Como. It is very peaceful there. Kitchen is very nice and the layout was fun for our kids 4 and 2 yo. Our children didn’t want to leave the house, it was very kids friendly and had plenty of toys and things to do. The hosts are very responsive and kind. We would love to return there whenever we will visit the area again. The drive there was beautiful. Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience!

We stayed one night at Antoan’s place and it was perfect for what we needed. Very close to both train stations. The location was ideal in a very central spot with everything in walking distance.

Wir hatten tolle Tage in Birgitts Unterkunft, das Apartment ist super süß eingerichtet, liegt toll und hat einen wunderschönen Innenhof. Alles war blitzeblank sauber. Die Lage ist top - mit dem Auto alles gut erreichbar. Als i Tüpfelchen hat Birgitt eine tolle Liste an Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés in der Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️

We had a wonderful time at Maria Luisa's place. The apartment had everything we needed, and the setting was absolutely stunning. The open kitchen was perfect for rustling up a quick dinner while staying part of the conversation. Although the view was hidden by fog at first, it cleared to reveal the full beauty of Lago Maggiore - an unforgettable sight! Maria Luisa was very helpful and responsive, making our family break even more enjoyable. Thank you for a great stay!

le logement est parfait tres bien équipé et bien fourni (eau fraiche dosette café) la vue est superbe et la propreté impeccable. je recommande vivement. nous avons eu toutes les infos nécessaires avant d'arriver, bien que nous n'ayons vu les hotes tout etait ttes bien expliqué.

Mi amigo y yo disfrutamos muchísimo de la estancia. Zona tranquila, con el espacio suficiente para convivir dos personas y con un patio donde pasar la noche y charlar tranquilamente. La anfitriona fue genial, estuvo pendiente en todo momento de nosotros y además nos dejó una botella de Prosecco como regalo de bienvenida. Estancia y anfitriona 100% recomendables.

Our stay in the place of Lucrezia&Emilio was indeed amazing: private, peaceful a full of comfort. Emilio is friendly and approachable host, and the accommodation itself overcomes all expectations.

Het verblijf is makkelijk te bereiken op een perfecte locatie als je op doorreis bent. We werden super hartelijk en vriendelijk ontvangen! Een echt pluspunt is dat je de hond lekker los in de omheinde tuin kan laten rennen en spelen na een lange reis! We kwamen niks tekort.

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Es sind viele sehenswerte Städtchen gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Gostámos muito da casa e da sua envolvente. Perfeita para quem quer descobrir a zona do Lago di Como. Muito próxima de Varenna e com uma vista incrível para as montanhas. Um lugar a voltar!

Casa Liam hat uns sehr gefallen! Es war ruhig, der Blick in die Berge sehr schön. Vom Haus aus kann man direkt los wandern und man ist trotzdem relativ schnell unten am Comersee. Das Häuschen ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein paar erholsame Tage und danken Yuri für seine Gastfreundschaft!

We loved our stay at Eleonoras. She was very responsive and gave very clear instructions to find and self check in. There was a private car parking for one car right outside the apartment. The apartment was very clean and well appointed with all the necessities needed for self catering (including some olive oil and pasta!). The bedrooms were identical and comfortable with air conditioning and the veranda was lovely! Overall, I would definitely recommend- especially if attending an event at Villa Aura Del Lago (100m walk!)

We had a great stay. The house was very comfortable with a beautiful view. The pool is shared but we never met someone else. You can "hike" down to the lake, there is a nice footpath just behind the house. I would recommend booking this lovely place only if you have a car.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt im Casa Ilda und können diese allen Gästen weiter empfehlen. Wir wurden persönlich von Giorgio empfangen, dieser hat sich Zeit genommen, uns alles im Haus zu erklären und gab uns viele Tipps für den Aufenthalt in Orta San Giulio. Notre séjour dans le logement d’Enzo et Maddie a été parfait! L’emplacement est idéal pour rayonner dans les différents endroits à visiter du lac de Côme. La proximité de Bellagio est un gros plus. L’appartement est cosy et très propre avec tout le nécessaire à disposition. Enzo et Maddie sont des hôtes très réactifs et la communication a été très rapide et facile à chaque fois que nous en avions besoin. Nous recommandons!

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views. It is conveniently close to the train station and the ferry, which offered regular services to various stunning destinations. We took quick trips to Bellagio and Menaggio, both a 10-minute ride. The views were a highlight, and we found ourselves enchanted by the private garden. Each evening, we would relax with a glass of fizz, taking in the lake. A perfect way to end our day. Inside the apartment, everything was thoughtfully designed. The shower was fantastic, and beds were comfortable. With wardrobes providing plenty of storage. Our host, Marco was wonderful. He greeted us upon arrival and showed us around, providing instructions and tips about the area. Their hospitality made our stay enjoyable. The trip was romantic, as my partner planned it all - he proposed on our stay! A perfect place to celebrate. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommended the apartment for a romantic getaway. Ryan & Katie

This was an absolutely stunning spot. Centrally located, amazing views, and reasonably priced. It looked exactly like the pictures! The apartment was great - had everything we needed and was really comfortable. The deck overlooking the mountains and Lake Lugano is spectacular. I recommend this 100%. If you are coming to Lake Lugano, this is a great spot. I miss it already!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt bei Marisa und Antonello. Wir wurden von Antonello begrüßt. Für unsere kleine Tochter haben die beiden ein babybett bereitgestellt. Das war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft buchen. Danke

Es war eine tolle Zeit. Die Wohnung ist genau so wie beschrieben und hält darüber hinaus, alles bereit, wenn man möchte (Küchenutensilien, Kaffeekapseln, Waschpulver, Shampoo und Duschgel und vieles mehr). Schöner Aussenbereich lädt zu jeder Tageszeit ein; auch für einen frühen Aperitif oder späten Espresso. Davide ist ein toller Gastgeber; super schnelle und unterstützende Kommunikation. Die Osteria 20 direkt daneben ist sehr zu empfehlen. Danke für die tolle Zeit und es gibt bestimmt ein Wiedersehen!

Mein Mann und ich waren schon mehrfach am Comer See, doch nur hier gibt es diesen einzigartigen Ausblick Richtung Bellagio! 🥰 Die Wohnung selbst ist toll ausgestattet, der Balkon sehr groß und die Möglichkeit einen Pool oder das Jacuzzi zu nutzen, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Andrea und Carla waren immer für Fragen ansprechbar und die Restauranttipps waren prima! Herzlichen Dank für alles!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem idyllischen Airbnb in den Bergen bei Lake Lugano. Das kleine italienische Dorf strahlt Ruhe aus, perfekt zum Abschalten und Entspannen. Die umliegende Natur mit ihren Bergen ist atemberaubend, und es gibt zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen und Spaziergänge. Das Airbnb selbst ist makellos sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet – ein perfekter Ort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Wer Ruhe, Natur und italienische Dorfidylle sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
