In a former stable, we have realized a studio with living/sleeping space, kitchen with combi-oven, induction hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, all necessary kitchen materials and a bathroom with toilet, rain shower and vanity unit. 10 minutes from Valkenburg and Gulpen and 15 minutes from Maastricht, this studio is still quite central but quietly located. Luxurious, tastefully furnished suites with unobstructed views over the hills. Bedroom with 2-person Swiss Sense box springs. Bathroom (bath and/or walk-in shower). Kitchenette with coffee/tea facilities, air fryer/oven, stove, fridge and dishwasher. All suites have a private terrace or balcony. In summer, there is a barbecue outside by the terraces. In the Jekerkwartier, close to the city center, in one of the oldest parts of the city where the river "Jeker" runs under the state, is our very quiet house. By means of a narrow staircase, you reach the 2nd floor where the kitchen, living room, toilet and the first bedroom with two single beds are located. On the 4th floor, you will find the second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom without toilet but with walk-in shower, two sinks and a washing machine.
