In the middle of the hills on a continuous road is in a small hamlet our Guesthouse. A nice starting point for a nice trip. In the morning, a relaxing walk and in the afternoon, a city trip to Maastricht, Aachen or Liège, all within easy reach. You have a private entrance and patio. Check-in from 15:00 Departure before 11:00 am or in consultation. No smoking or pets please. Not well-appointed for little children. We work with a key locker.

The stay at “Frans and Kitty” was all around pleasant. The hosts and especially the hostess were very warm and attentive. Despite our late arrival, we were still welcomed with coffee, tea and homemade cake, a nice gesture that immediately created a pleasant atmosphere. There were nice conversations, and in case of questions or problems, the hosts were always available and helpful. The accommodation itself is very clean and well maintained. The rooms were ideal for our group and offered everything you need for a comfortable stay. The furnishings are a bit rustic and unusual, but that's what gives the place a special charm. Without a car, the location is a bit remote, which should be taken into account. By car, however, you can quickly reach Maastricht and the surrounding area, perfect for excursions. Overall, a warm, charming accommodation with character, happy to come back! Regards, Maya

We had a wonderful time staying at this rustic tiny home. The house was beautiful, peaceful, and cozy, offering the perfect escape. We especially loved the sunsets and the breathtaking views, they were truly unforgettable. Although the walk to the city center is a bit of a distance (about 20 minutes), it was actually quite enjoyable. It offered a great opportunity to take in the surroundings and relax before heading into town. Simon was very helpful with responses and very friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. While there was a slight delay in getting a response, it wasn’t significant and didn’t impact our experience at all. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene retreat with beautiful views!
