The stay was great! The communication with the host was spotless, and the cleanliness of the apartment was perfect. It exactly matches what you see in the photos. We wanted to get into the floor before, and they welcomed us smoothly. If I come back to Benidorm, I won't hesitate to stay here again. It's close to the party area but still a very quiet street.

We had an amazing time here! The house isn’t too big, but it’s perfectly suited for six people and feels incredibly cozy. The fireplace kept the living room wonderfully warm, and the electric heaters were excellent in the bedrooms. The spacious garden was a true highlight – our dog had a fantastic time exploring, and with everything securely fenced, we could let her roam freely. A big thank you to Paula for the thoughtful basket of homegrown fruit and the bottle of wine – such a lovely touch!

Apartment in a very quiet residential area, with services and restaurants nearby, and 10 mins from the beach

i have spent a few days of holy week and everything was great place and the ideal house to go with dogs. surrounded by many hiking trails. and 5 minutes from the bolbaite river. we were greeted with a box of chocolates and some prizes for our puppies. and that is greatly appreciated. thank you very much for everything we will bolver.

We had a great time at Gregoria's apartment. Very quiet with amenities and space suitable for us. Everything was very tidy and the apartment was very well equipped (kitchen, living room...). Also, she was always accessible for any questions or issues we might have (that there weren't). I would highly recommend their place to future guests.

Manuel and Mariola are extremely friendly hosts who have hosted us as members of their own family. discreet and responsive to the slightest request they were able to make our stay a pleasant one. the house is spacious and offers all the comforts for a long stay. the pool, jacuzzi and outdoor shower were particularly appreciated by the whole family. a big thank you to Mariola for preparing us an authentic paella that we all loved. i highly recommend Manuel and Mariola for their kindness and warm welcome.

We were received in a very friendly manner by Angel, with a bottle of wine and some food. He created a very good documentation about the place, which was very useful to us during the stay. We stayed in this apartment for a month and enjoyed staying in Villajoyosa in the preseason very much. The apartment has a wonderful view of the sea and is centrally located, the beach, many restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. Nevertheless, the area is quiet. Furthermore, everything necessary was available in the apartment and the apartment was clean. We can recommend this apartment with a clear conscience.
