We stayed with our family (two daughters aged 20 and 18) in Luan's house for 3 nights. It was the best airb&b experience of our entire vacation. Luan and his wife welcomed us very warmly. They cooked us a delicious meal and in the refrigerator there were all kinds of delicacies at breakfast such as homemade butter and cherry jam, fresh milk and cheese. From the vegetable garden there were even more goodies to eat such as tomatoes, cucumber, potatoes and fruit. The surroundings were magnificent. In the middle of the mountains in beautiful nature. We took a nice walk to the waterfall on the advice of Luan and spent the afternoon by the river. Gjirokaster is an hour and a half away, a nice destination for our day trip. We would definitely come back and recommend this stay to anyone who wants to enjoy nature (the way to get to from Tepelene is one of the most beautiful mountain passes we have ever driven) and get a feel for the Albanian hospitality.

Very nice house with a huge incredible garden. Super calm location, with fantastic views. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. Ntenisa and her parents were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. Thank you for the Christmas tree and other decorations that made our Christmas there very special. It was very thoughtful of you.

We really enjoyed our stay at Joanna’s apartment everything was really clean and comfortable, Joanna was fast to answer any of our questions about the surrounding area and even suggested us places to go . The town was quiet and a great getaway with allot of wonderful spots and areas to explore especially if you like the outdoors and hiking. Will definitely come again when we visit in the future.

Nothing but good things to say about our stay in this house. Diola and her family were very attentive and took care of us as if we were one of their own. The place was beautiful, and the house was spacious and beautiful, providing all the amenities. We wish we could have stayed longer.

I had two wonderful days in Tepelene. As I was the only guest I could enjoy not only my beautiful room but the whole flat to myself. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Stunning fiew from the balcony, postcard grade! Great location to explore the amazing Vjosa river and perfect hospitality!

We arrived in the evening, were greeted in a friendly manner and immediately surprised with a glass of red wine. The rooms are cozy and rustic, as is common in the mountains. The hostess Mirella speaks very good English and can give good tips from her experience. Breakfast was very traditional with products from the immediate surroundings. We felt comfortable!

If you’re looking for a more traditional stay, this is the place to be. The hosts are amazing people and the surroundings are breathtaking. We also had a traditional dinner and breakfast which they prepared for us and were very tasty! We highly recommend staying here for a night or more.

The family that run the hotel here are wonderful! So friendly, kind and helpful. They make you feel right at home. The maintenance lady is also very friendly and cleans the rooms excellently! The views are amazing and the food cooked in the family restaurant is also fabulous. Would absolutely recommend, thank you for having us!
