Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Teotitlán del Valle

Staying in the unit is recommendable to our Airbnb community. The location is a bit far from the centro area but if you drive, it wouldn’t be matter. The parking space is available and parking is not hard at all. Of all, I definitely want to come back :)

Very nice apartment in a central location with a great price-quality ratio! We were four people, and it was perfect for us. Highly recommended!

This loft is perfectly located in Oaxaca. The main attractions are all within a 5 to 15 minute walk. There are coffee shops and good restaurants a few blocks away. The bed was comfortable. The WiFi and air conditioning worked well. There is a locked door from the street to the courtyard so we felt very safe. The neighborhood was quiet. There is a small store across the street with staples. The unit had plenty of purified water. When we arrived, the host La, met us at the door and showed us the loft. La was very responsive and helpful. We had a few questions during our stay and he immediately responded and was very helpful. He also arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport. I highly recommend this location. It is perfect for two people.

This place was great. Fantastic communication and help from the host, wonderful location, central and safe to everything. It is on the 2nd floor, and I did have to sleep with earplugs to help with some street noise, but I would absolutely stay here again. Ample space, so great that you can open windows/small terrace’s in every room, 2 bathrooms were great, smart TV, air conditioner in the living room kept things cool for us. Thank you!

Excellent location, friendly and helpful host, exactly as described. There are many good restaurants all around and a short walk to the center. Favorite features included the large and comfortable bed, quiet aircon in the master bedroom, extremely well-equipped kitchen, and provided drinking water. Thanks for a great stay!

A very located place, with adequate and clean spaces, you can easily reach the socket, you have restaurants, and all the services nearby in addition to the area is very quiet at any time. Grateful for the stay. I highly recommend it. The best option.

Gigi’s place was absolutely spotless and matched the description. It is in a quiet suburb of Oaxaca which was nice to come back to after a busy day. We were comfortable and felt very safe. Gigi was an excellent hostess who was proactive and responsive. She went out of her way to be helpful to us and checked in from time to time to make sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. We would recommend Gigi’s place to other travellers.

This place was absolutely outstanding. It was our peaceful sanctuary while we were staying in Oaxaca. It had absolutely everything, hosts were kind proactive and responsive. Cleaning ladies were so sweet and went above and beyond. Would certainly stay here again even though the street outside is a bit busy!!

Amazing accommodation! Beautiful bedrooms and details! The whole house is super-equipped! Oscar was incredibly kind! He helped us a lot! He gave us a lot of amazing recommendations! And he was always kind. I highly recommend staying. We were a group of 6 adults and a baby, and we all had a good time. My niece really appreciated the two screens with Netflix

This is the most wonderful Airbnb! We just completed our second stay at the house, where we did a working vacation to Oaxaca. The internet was sufficient for the two of us to be on work calls most of the day without issue. I loved watching the hummingbirds while working during the day. The house itself is fabulous, with even more upgrades this time. AC in every bedroom, a landing area that we used for doing yoga, next to a park with some workout equipment, walkable to the city center, super safe, very close to a pharmacy, close to the market, multiple balconies...all around an amazing place!! The hosts were so responsive! They greeted us with a stocked fridge and gifts/surprises. They truly went above and beyond. I can't recommend this Airbnb enough. We'll be back!

Great place centrally located to explore Oaxaca. Hot shower and super comfy beds!

Comfortable and close to downtown by car (: As a suggestion to place mosquitoes it would be great to keep the windows open and avoid the mosquitoes. When arriving all the windows were open I guess to keep the apartment cool and it worked, but some furniture had dust, I guess by the same. I know he is a stranger to Dulce but there is a neighbor who starts at 4:30am - 5am they play loud music and start singing in the shower. The two nights I was doing the same routine. It's a little bit bit bit bit. If there's no inconvenience for you, it's perfect. Outside of that the apartment is comfortable, the instructions are clear. (:

Great stay - perfect location to explore Oaxaca. Close to the centre but nice and peaceful. We slept well and had great communication from the hosts who were super helpful with our requests. Would recommend to anyone and would stay again if I visited Oaxaca.

A great accomodation! The location is a quick walk from the centre but far enough away to be peaceful, located in a private and secure courtyard. The communication from the host was very prompt and helpful and they gave lots of recommendations for things to do in Oaxaca. Check in was easy and flexible, and check out was good with the luggage storage available. The bed is really big (super king) and was firm & comfortable, we got a great night's sleep. A drinking water pump/tap is also provided in the kitchen, which is a nice touch.

The listing review is accurate. The apartment has a beautiful view to Las Canteras and sunsets. Local transportation is only a few blocks. We enjoyed staying in this nice apartment. Our family lives very close and it was very convenient.

The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. The host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I had an issue with the door, but it was quickly sorted out. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend staying here.
