The place was beautifully decorated, clean, well equipped and in a scenic and peaceful location. Our hosts Irmelin and Berit were wonderful hosts and were very responsive during our stay. The location is very scenic and we felt right at home since the time we arrived. There’s everything you need for a comfortable stay, we definitely recommend it.

As other reviews mentioned, the pictures do not do Iren’s place justice. I’ve stayed in many home rentals in the past few years and by far, this was most clean, pristine, and beautiful home I’ve been in. It had even more amenities than expected. The location is very good. Grocery store close by and quick drive to center of Ålesund. Would highly recommend. Thank you to the host!!

A fantastic cabin right in the middle of the wonderful norwegian nature. We found near the house lots of porcini mushrooms and caught several delicious cod (torsk) on Rangøy. We can highly recommend the cabin and its owner Agnieszka. Thank you soooo much. Angelica and Werner from Sweden

100% recommended! If you want to relax in an enchanting place, you should travel to Trude. Whether in sunshine or rain. We always felt comfortable. It was a dream to see the sun rise with the great panorama. The house has all you need to feel comfortable. You can also do hikes and excursions. Thank you for the wonderful days.

Was a very nice home with an amazing wiew out to sea. We slept great and made good food there, didnt miss anything. Recommanded to everyone!

Such an incredible house, way nicer than the pictures look! Such a pleasure to stay at, and Kjersti was so helpful. Keep in mind it’s a bit hard to find, so make sure to arrive before dark! Click on “how to get there” and hit “map on Google maps” and look at the pin it drops on the map, DON’T go by the map it shows natively on Airbnb, it’s completely wrong. It should be Fylling Skogsveg 35. Google maps will try to send you over from the west, but there’s a gate blocking your way. You have to approach from the east. After you park in the lot with the white metal gate, you have to walk down directly past the white gate and watch VERY closely to the left for an almost indistinguishable little path going up the side of a hill after around 700 ft. You can actually see the house from the road if you are sharp.

We would love to come back to this gorgeous, cosy mountain cabin. Tastefully decorated, spacious and modern - it’s the perfect place if you want a well situated AirBnB as a base for day trips to tourist hotspots, but also want somewhere peaceful and comfortable to enjoy evenings in front of the fire. A well stocked property with everything that you’d need and very responsive, communicative hosts.

This was the perfect place for us for a concert weekend in Geiranger. Very well equipped and short distance to most things. It was cold outside but cozy inside with a fire on the fireplace. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood We would really recommend Martin's place.
