Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Temple City

Loved the place felt very much at home. I love that it was very child friendly. Had toys and other things for the children to play. We also really enjoyed the board games that were available to use. We had a great weekend.

We stayed at Francis’ home for our weekend trip to Disney. The home was super clean and cozy, we loved all the decor and it looks even better than the photos! The home was close to Disney but also close to lots of other things we wanted to do in LA on our trip which was really nice because we were able to make the most of our time there. Our group of 8 felt like we had plenty of space where we could all be together. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. We also loved being in the backyard!! Francis was super friendly and responsive and made check in very easy. We definitely hope to stay here again next time we are in the area. 10/10 recommend!!

Drew really came through for us when we were evacuated from the fires in Los Angeles He was flexible with check in and made sure everything was set for us. He answered messages right away and was very helpful. Very cute house and nice yard.

Our Family loved our time. The game room and yard were my kids highlight. The dinosaur/animal room made them look forward to bedtime. Spacious and comfortable and clean home!

This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting the colleges. Extremely well equipped, clean and pleasant. Great space for a group with a nice yard. Recommend and will stay again!

This was such a perfect place for our stay in Hollywood. We could walk to lots of places and short drive to universal studios. The house had lots of stylish furniture and nice architectural features. It was homely and welcoming which suited us. It also felt safe and secure. Thank you Rosalyn. We would definitely recommend :)

Had a great stay at this property with my family (4 Adults 2 Teenagers). All the rooms were very spacious and made us feel very relaxed we all had plenty of room to spread out. Parking in the underground car park was fairly easy we had a chevy suburban (which for non U.S. people is enormous) normal sized vehicles would be even easier. Views from the property were great. Henry was very quick to respond to questions we had before travelling and instructions were very clear so we didn't need to query anything afterwards. The property was easy to find and was within walking distance to glendale galleria shopping area. It's location meant getting to the various studio tours such as Universal and Warner bros were only a 20-30 mins drive away. Would happily stay here again if I come back to L.A. Our only regret was not being at this property longer as we needed to move on to next part of our tour of california. Thank you Henry!

One of the best places to stay if you are around Glendale. It’s really comfortable and chill. The host is a nice person, very responsive and respectful. There is a mall across the street and many places to visit. Worth the money.

I felt safe walking around at night in this neighborhood. The host always replied very quickly and was helpful. Recommended!

Great place and location wise to use as home base to explore the city. Extremely close to Griffith observatory and Glendale Galleria too. Instructions and videos were provided to find the entrance upon arrival and a tour of the inside. The bathroom is a little small but it was made very clear by the host from before we even booked the home. Would love to book here again the next time I visit SoCal.

This place looks like the pictures and it’s clean and worked really well for our crew. It’s a little hard to find the entrance so you have to follow the instruction she gives you really carefully. Also, the apartment is on a very busy street so the porch isn’t like a relaxing place to hang out and it’d be something. I would want to know if I was staying there with kids.

Place was beautiful. And exactly like the pictures. Alexis was very accommodating and responsive. The absolute only slightly negative thing was the bathtubs looked soooooo nice in the pics but in our opinion the water was not hot enough to take an enjoyable bath. But the showers were amazing. The pool was a fantastic temperature even tho it was kinda chilly and the windy outside. I would absolutely recommend this place for friends and family.

Fantastic property with lots of privacy and beautiful gardens and pool area. We enjoyed the space and location to the parks and activities was central. We plan to rent this property again in the future.

Place did the trick for what my family needed. Host was very responsive when we needed something. Very nice having laundry in unit with supplies available.

Great place to stay for a team using pools / facilities for Fullerton / OC based tournaments. Sleeps a team easily!
