Welcome to my beautiful house full of light and natural energy, surrounded by forest, river and spectacular sunsets. My house is 15 minutes from Valle de Bravo and is located in a very quiet place ideal for families or travelers who want to spend a few days in harmony and fill themselves with peace. We have a grill and a wood-burning oven for pizzas, a large garden, a Jacuzzi and a swimming pool heated with solar panels. We also have a gas boiler. Gas has an extra cost, which is usually not necessary.

Simple and comfortable property, its location is excellent for easy access and travel to points of convenience, close to downtown, a few steps from the pier and the temple of Santa Maria Ahuacatlan. It has a living room with TV, a kitchen-dining room, 3 bedrooms (2 of them share a bathroom and 1 more has a separate bathroom). Partial lake view from the terrace. There is no parking, but 2 public parking lots are 50 meters away. 10% discount on food purchases in the restaurant on the ground floor.

Beautiful family cottage very well located, overlooking the lake, 100 meters from the entrance to Valle de Bravo and a 15-minute walk from the baseboard. It is in the middle of a spacious and beautiful garden, full of flowers and fruit trees. It has a private pool with solar heating and a boiler, and a terrace with a barbecue grill that allows you to enjoy the spectacular view The place is very peaceful and quiet. All the necessary shops and restaurants are a 5-minute walk away.
