Casa Marmota is a renovated cabin, where you can connect with nature inside the forest and relax listening to the river and birds. The house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a campfire area, a whirlpool tub, a barbecue area, an outdoor dining room, a TV room, and internet. It is located just a 3-minute drive from Avandaro's main street. You'll need to go down several steps to get to the house, as it's located in front of the river. Not suitable for people with limited mobility or older adults.

The 7-hectare ranch offers walking or horseback riding, fishing, archery, biking, beekeeping, vegetable, among others.

This year we'll be traveling abroad and we'd love to share this magical space that we love so much with you. The view is unmatched with beautiful sunsets. Our two cats, Cleo and Tita, live in the back. They are loving and control pests. You can bring your pets too. Enjoy the fireplace with friends and family.
