Josh is a super host, we really enjoy his flat, very quiet, short distance to brilliant walks and beach of Talacre. We’ll book again, all you need in kitchen, very clean flat, good shower. It’s next to a barrack but not an issue as was very quiet in our stay.

I had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, which made everything easy. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Lola is a great host, available to answer questions. She was particularly helpful with directions to finding the building and flat😀, staying on call whilst we looked for the place. We had a good night sleep over! Would book again!

Had a very pleasant stay at this Air Bnb. Host was so helpful even allowed me to stay few hours extra due to my train being delayed would 100% recommend. host was very responsive, I had issues with the lock box because I've never come across one so didn't know how to use it. he messaged back quickly and kindly came over within 5 minutes to show me how to use it! place was well worth the money. the patio was lovely, very comfortable beds and very strong water pressure in shower and host was very kind and let me check out a hour later. definitely will be coming back here again.

This was a lovely apartment that was a great space to relax. It was light, airy, peaceful and clean, and there were basic essentials e.g. towels, tea, coffee that was useful. The host was communicative and responded quickly, although I only called once to sort out an issue with the tv. They called me back asap. I would stay again if needed.

I greatly recommend Paulina's flat, it is as described in the photos and very well furnished. It's located less than 10 min by foot from Birmingham New Street Station and the Bullring Shopping Centre. There is also a Tesco Express Convenience store just right around the opposite corner as well. Paulina was very friendly and gave precise instructions to access her flat. She was also very responsive when I needed something. As a final note, you will enjoy your stay!

I booked Karen's place for my friends who recently moved to UK. She was really nice and helpful to them and they enjoyed the time that spent at her place.

From the minute we booked this Airbnb I was reassured that we had made a good decision. We stayed for about five weeks whilst waiting to move house. It was home from home, great location, we had three cars and were able to park them all. The hosts were really welcoming and responsive. I highly recommend the property, great for visits to Alton towers, Uttoxeter Races and other local amenities. Beds were really comfy and the towels were top quality.

Excellent Airbnb! Within walking distance from Gas Street. The apartment was in a quiet neighbourhood and very clean. Beds could use an upgrade, however, we slept okay. Kids loved the mini pool table. Was a bonus. Host very friendly!

Great stay. Apartment is as per description. I used it for work purposes and had great facilities for that. Clean and organised but there are also great little touches such as adaptors for charging cables, bathroom amenities. Definitely worth the money and will be my choice again when I come back to Birmingham for work.

I had a great stay at Ana's place! The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable and in a great location as the center of Birmingham! Ana was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place!

Number 12, good to see new sofa and cooker, fridge. freezer would be handy. No plug in sink so difficult to wash up! Bathroom needs repairs, tiles off, leak stain on ceiling, shower screen leaked. Which means water on floor. Please paint stairwell it’s scruffy as you enter, it lets it down. You need to install WiFi please.

Both myself and my partner had a lovely stay we couldn't of picked a better place to stay, the accommodation was spotless, the hot tub was lovely and the overall stay was perfect.
