Monthly Rentals in Teja Island

The apartment is very nice! Comfortable, very conveniently located and honestly, it has everything you need for an amazing stay in Valdivia. There are a lot of shops nearby and also bars, restaurants, cafes that are within walking distance of the apartment, so we're happy with our choice. Also, thanks to Yessica for her kindness and good vibes at all times, she is an excellent host, so we hope to return soon. Thank you very much! 🌟

The environment is very pleasant, there's no outside noise, the location is somewhat far away but it's totally worth it, but you walk 10-15 minutes and find places to eat and shop. The directions given by Lorena were very clear, precise and kind, I highlight the flexibility and kindness of the host in terms of check-in/check-out times (within what she could).

The apartment is perfectly located near everything you need. Carolina was super attentive and responsive. Would definitely recommend
