I can’t say enough lovely things about this gorgeous authentic castle and the amazing owner, host Gisella. You literally take a step into history and stay in an authentically restored castle - all necessary amenities are there, Gisella even left a pack of gluten free biscuits for us which was incredibly thoughtful and kind. She showed us around the castle one evening and shared some of the stories from her ancestors who owned the castle. Comfortable couches, bed, and huge shower! There is an amazing restaurant right around the corner from the castle, a 2 minute walk, Il Buon Gusto, right w Ross from a 1000 year old church, where you’ll meet the divine Antonio will cook you whatever you like (or you can order from the menu), his home cooking of regional specialities amazing! We ate all our meals there during our stay. The village is gorgeous, super walkable, lovely vibe, friendly locals, little restaurants and shops. Thank you Gisella, we loved hanging out in your beautiful legacy!

We had the most amazing stay at the villa and Carmela was an absolute gem!! She was so responsive and provided us with wonderful recommendations that turned out to be exceptional! She was so friendly and made us feel so welcome. We made memories that will last a lifetime with dear friends.I highly recommend this rental! Lorenzo’s place was great. Tucked away but still very close to major access point. It provided a nice and cozy reprieve from the hustle of the tourist spaces. Much like anything in Positano, it is accessible by stairs, but still very doable. It was about a 3-5 minute walk from the drop off point. There are porters that could move your bags, but if you can handle a couple of flights of stairs with your luggage, I would recommend just doing it yourself. The space is amazing as well. Both rooms provided a nice view of the sea. The kitchen and living space felt open and welcoming. The patio was the highlight in both the mornings and evenings. All said, the best part was the Host Lorenzo. While I didn’t need to reach him with any concerns, his initial accessibility and seeing him several times in town while out where he wanted to make sure things were going well. Definitely felt his love and passion for Positano and how he wanted you to experience the same. Strong recommend.

Annamaria was an amazing host. Extremely helpful with directions and suggestions of places to go. She arranged our transfers for us to and from the airport, which was very helpful. When we had difficulties finding something, I could reach out to her and she would respond almost instantly with help. The location is amazing, beautiful views. As others have commented, there are a lot of steps up from the beach if you chose to make the walk, but it's very easy to walk down and take the bus back up. She made several restaurant reservations to us which we all very good. I would definitely recommend Annamaria's place to anyone looking to spend a memorable time in Positano.

We had an amazing stay at this place, the host provided snacks and fresh fruit in the refrigerator as well as a welcoming beverage. Gerry was very knowledgeable about our transportation getting around to the almafi shopping district and which buses / ferries we needed to hop on. Unfortunately getting off the train in Salerno the ferry was not running due to poor weather and he was quick to set us up with a private transfer. It was well worth the euros we paid and the views alone. The pub down the pathway was amazing food and we met some other travellers on our journey. Highly recommend staying here.

My wife and I had such a lovely stay to celebrate our honeymoon. The home is impeccable, beautifully designed, and the terrace is a very special place to have a morning cappuccino and enjoy the stunning view. We couldn't imagine a better place to stay. Thank you, Chantal!

Had a wonderful stay here. Very clean, very beautiful view overlooking the sea. Ivan was so helpful with getting us checked in and really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Felt super safe with the location at all times of the day and night. Would absolutely return in the future!

I've been in contact with Carolina for a year before our trip and in that time I felt that I had gotten to know her so by the time we arrived inPraiano for me it felt like greeting an old friend. The reason for our trip was to celebrate my spouses 70th birthday so I contacted Carolina and asked her if she could get us some wine and cheeses for when we arrived there and I would pay upon arrival and not only did she buy it but she also had a small gift for him for his birthday. Her place was stunning and immaculately clean in my opinion she has earned her super hostess spot. If we ever return to Praiano we'll definitely be staying there. Unfortunately for me I came down with a cold and spent 4 days not feeling well but I didn't mind because we had everything we need it in the apartment (food, wine, cheese and a fabulous view) who could ask for anything more?
