This place is a super nice and has cool features. Updates in the right places that make it very comfy and felt right at home. I highly recommend if you’re in the area. Very clear instructions and responsive host. We will surely stay again next year.

This will be our go to when we visit our daughter at school. The location is great, very close to a Dollar General, which was super helpful when I needed something at 8:45pm (they close at 9, lol). Saw numerous deer in the nearby park every day. Loved the fenced in backyard, which was perfect for our golden doodle. The beds were super comfy, loved the decor, the whole place was very clean. The master has a very fun electric fireplace built in to the wall, loved it. The home looks small from the outside, but inside it is very spacious.

This home was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 young children. There were tons of extra amenities ie: spices, kcups, hot chocolate, tea, shampoos and body washes, various cleaning supplies and dish soaps. Plenty of towels and TP. Wifi worked well. some yummy restaurants close. College next door so the kids enjoyed exploring and running around.

We came to Peoria to visit family and we were very happy with this location. Joseph was extremely helpful with any questions we had and responded quickly. The house was very clean and welcoming . The neighborhood is quiet. The beds were comfortable and the bed linens were first class. We definitely would stay here again.

This place is nice! Beautiful house, beautiful backyard, and excellent amenities. I would stay here again and would recommend this house to anybody visiting Pekin.

This is a fabulous place to stay in the heart of Peoria Heights! It was walkable to restaurants and shops and location could not be beat. We felt right at home and the decor was impeccable. Beds were a 10/10! Would not hesitate to stay again!

I enjoyed my stay. Kathryn is very friendly and quick to respond. Kathryn was flexible with check in and check out which I appreciate coming so far away timing can change. I enjoyed being out of town and in a country location. I liked that I was able to chill on the wrap around deck and walk around the property. I plan to stay again in the future.

This is a small, older house, but nicely remodeled. It was clean and we were quite comfortable here. The neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was very clean, comfortable, and as described. Alan and Karissa were extremely fast to respond and resolve a few small issues and questions we had.

Nicest cave I have ever stayed in. It captures a unique experience with some some comfortable accommodations that exceeded my expectations.
