House vacation rentals in Tay Thanh

It was a nice place to stay. It was nice to have air conditioning and warm water installed in each room and the living room on the 1st and 2nd floors. Thanks to you, I made good memories with my short schedule.

We enjoyed our stay! The villa was private, had lots of space to enjoy and various amenities to take advantage of during our stay. The water pressure in the showers could have been better but no complaints overall.

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

We spent a wonderful time in Liên's villa. We had so much fun. The villa is nicely located and there is a lot of restaurant and convenient store nearby. It is also accessible for Grab to deliver food. We enjoyed our group stay !

Beautiful and a very enjoyable stay. Hieu was extremely prompt, patient and clear with replies to our queries and requests. Haiyen the housekeeper was very polite and communication with google translate was not an issue at all. She came to housekeep every day and even occasionally cooked for us. She was also very accomodating to our requests. The area is very peaceful and quiet, with lotte mart (mall) nearby and circle k (convenience store) even nearer. It is about 10 minutes grab from the city centre.

We had such a great experience staying here as a whole family! The accommodation was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a large group. The location was incredibly convenient, with everything within walking distance. We also loved how the house was decorated — it truly gave us a feel of the local culture. We had a great time making memories together, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to friends traveling in a group. If you want a small place to stay in the heart but literally in the heart of Saigon this is your place to go, forget those five star hotel the place is small and cozy. Everything is well equipped brand-new the host is responsive and very helpful and very very nice The price is literally half or less compare to those big four star hotel but you have the whole place for yourself and in the center of Saigon so you’re gonna pay the taxi cheaper everywhere you go Outside of the house is very Vietnamese street life, lots of local around selling stuff and A ROOSTER waking you up in the morning Bref if you need a good value in the center and close to the locals this is the place eyes shut 👌

We stayed for 5 nights as a group of four, each with our own clean, comfy studio. The Japanese-inspired design was a refreshing change, especially the tatami-style touches. Three rooms had mini kitchens; Ebi didn’t, but had a water dispenser, which was super handy, and saved us from having to buy cartons of water. The garden at the back was a great gathering spot for us at night, though we wished it had more comfortable seating with backrests or moveable chairs from the rooms. We also encountered a minor hiccup with the ceiling fan in the common area not working, which could have been checked beforehand. Location was quiet and private. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful. Some downsides: Rooms lacked blackout curtains, especially Ebi, and all rooms could hear early morning tennis games—soundproofing would help. Also, facial tissues weren’t in rooms and were only available on request. Overall, it was a well-curated stay, we'd definitely recommend it!

Trung has created such a tasteful and cozy space! While the area can get a bit loud during the day, it's to be expected given its central location, and Trung thoughtfully provided earplugs for us. He was incredibly attentive to our needs and even allowed us a late checkout when we were running behind on our departure day.

Was looking for a place near the airport for one night's sleep, took the smallest room they offered, and all was just great. Easy check-in, nice coffee shop on the 1st floor, cool quiet bar on the rooftop, and peaceful and quiet room. They also accept late checkouts for a really reasonable price. Only be aware of one thing: the place is in a small alley, and even a car can come in without a problem, as they did when Grab dropped me off from the airport, some Grab taxis canceled me on checkout because they were complaining about driving into the small alley. So maybe better to ask for host help when booking a taxi to the airport so they can speak to the driver and explain everything in Vietnamese if you don't speak the language.

The location is close to the airport, a little far from the attractions, but it can be accessed by taxi.The interior is comfortable and has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

We loved our stay in HCMC District 1. The house is down a quiet narrow street with other residences. The main living space on the ground floor was a lot bigger than it looks in the photos and we could comfortably fit all 11 guests for meals. The rooms are spacious and all have their own bathroom ensuite. There is a lady who sells breakfast on the corner of the lane 10m from the front door. She changes the menu every day but is generally a noodle soup of varying flavours. We found them all delicious and seriously cheap ~35k.

Myself and 3 friends stayed here in all 4 rooms. Amazing location; comfortable and exceeded our expectations. What elevates this place from great to fantastic is the host; prompt, considerate, genuine and helpful. I have used Airbnb for 10+ years, and Du is the best host, hands down! Highly recommended.

This was a very easy and affordable place for my wife and I. It's in the Korean populated area, so lots of great KBBQ and other Korean restaurants within walking distance (3-5 minutes). We also went to a few different massage places, also within walking distance. The host was very responsive - they even helped me find my water bottle! The only issue I had, which wasn't a big deal for us but wanted to mention since it's super hot in HCMC, was that the AC wasn't strong enough. During the day it would get up to 24C in our room with AC on high. We were out during the day for the most part so really did not affect our stay negatively. It did take a full day to cool down our room after we first checked in. Appreciate the service and clean room!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host is incredibly generous and supportive. The room looked exactly as described—big, cozy, and spotless, making me feel right at home. The location is great, with plenty of dining options within walking distance. Whether you're looking for a vegan cafe, a vegan res, or even seafood, you'll find something to enjoy nearby.
