Condo vacation rentals in Tay Thanh

I enjoyed staying in this apt. It's right above the Vincom Center mall. You can take the elevator down to one of the main food court floors (B3) from the apt unit's floor - didn't know that until my stay was almost finished. That food court floor (B3) also has a supermarket. Initially, there was a problem with ants, but the host put up some traps. The traps mostly worked but there were still a few ants (I suppose to be expected in such a high traffic area). The host was always responsive very quickly. I extended my stay for a few extra days and would have stayed longer if it was available. There weren't many shower towels (2 per bedroom) so you just need to plan to do a wash with the in unit machine. The safe is small (cannot fit a laptop) & very visible (not hidden), so that can be improved. Also, the host asked to show the apartment for sale and only gave me 20 minutes notice. That was frustrating, but overall I would recommend this listing and stay here again.

this place is more than just an airbnb..it's home. the capacity is quite big that can fit 5 people. even though there's only 3 of us. everything is clean and clear. he has the manual book for us to figure things out. if not you can contact him. the place is amazing. i love it!!

Really nice appartement in a beautiful building. There is everything that you need if you want to use the kitchen or to work from home. This the best deal ever in Ho Chi Minh if you are looking for something authentic with great standards. I recommend

I had an excellent stay! The location was clean and convenient, and the host, Dinh Long, was very accommodating and responsive. The overall experience was fantastic, and I would highly recommend staying here. Looking forward to coming back

We had a great stay at Lyn’s place. The apartment was conveniently located at District 1, and was easy to get to the places we wanted. Lyn was also extremely responsive and kind. We had some issues with the toilet heating and Lyn was extremely proactive, immediately sending her staff to get it sorted out for us. Overall it was a great stay, thanks Lyn for having us!

We stayed in five different units at The Metropole and this was the BEST one. The decor was high-end with a gorgeous view of the city skyline and bridge. Very friendly host. Highly recommend

Everything was perfect

The apartment was immaculately clean! Thao was incredibly helpful, she replied instantly and even offered to drop by and bring us some coffee filters when we wondered if they were needed for the coffee machine! We’re three backpackers so the highlight of this place for us was the washing machine and hot room which dried our clothes super fast- washing detergent and fabric conditioner was also provided! Pool was great and security guards smiley and welcoming. Easy to get a grab from to explore other districts. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Thanks again Thao!

Manuka was a wonderful host and the apartment is located in a great area, just steps away from wonderful restaurants. The area is brightly lit at night and felt extremely safe. Highly recommend this

Great place to stay for a visit to district 1 in the city!

The house is small but cozy and comfortable. The evening view is very beautiful, especially when it rains. What's special is that it's on a high floor but not noisy at all; it's very quiet and perfect for resting, studying, and working.

Close to the airport, but would not recommend walking from airport to the studio. This suite is a studio style apartment with a bridge, microwave, hotplate, plates and glasses available. The bathroom was clean and had toiletries available. The studio had a a washing machine Hine in the balcony which was very convenient after traveling for several days. Unfortunately, the bed was a hard to sleep in, so if you're used to a pillow top or a comfortable soft/ medium soft bed you will not like this one. Downtown will be a about 20 to 25 mins via Grab and depending on traffic. Over all a good stay and very nice studio.

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

My family had a great time here, the building has an area for kids, close to a lot of restaurants and cafe shops

thomas & Co were fantastic hosts. very responsive and helpful. the stay is located very conveniently and private. spacious room, great kitchen, clean amenities. would highly recommend as hosts & as a stay. looking forward to coming back.

The whole experience was great. There was a minor issue with the air conditioner at the start so the host made an effort to accommodate our booking. Despite the back and forth moving, we were thankful to have a place to stay. The team was also helpful in helping us moving between the units in the building. Would recommend to friends.
