Great place with many restaurants, cafes and a convenience store near by. The place is located in a nice and private neighborhood but also very close to the main street. Not so far from the Old Streets as well. The room has all the amenities you'd need for a comfortable stay. Host is very responsive and friendly. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed this spacious apartment. The wooden furniture is beautiful. The bed is fairly comfortable. The kitchen is small but convenient. The apartment has a coffee table but doesn't have a dining table. The bathroom is clean and well maintained. The building is safe and clean. The laundry room is spacious. There is a morning farmers market in the streets nearby and a supermarket at the Sun Plaza. The only problem is crazy traffic and barely accessible sidewalks because the shopkeeperes block them with their stuff and parked motorbikes.

Clean, nice, and spacious, as described. Hoang Anh was also very responsive. I would definitely stay there again!

Amazing location. Walkable distance to night market, the lake, and Grab drivers are always around and available quickly. The apartment is clean & cozy and the host is always responsive and ready to help with whatever you need. 10/10 would recommend.

Adequate room in a beautiful location

Great view from the house. Neat and clean. Well equipped with basic amenities. A little far from city attractions but worth it for a longer duration. We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment.

I go with my small child so the stairs are a bit inconvenient, the rest of the room's utilities are very good. New washer dryer, new kitchen, new toilet, bedding are also fresh clean. There are both the machines that are steam, the dryer is full. The house is right at coal restaurants, so there are many good eateries around, hanging out on the street is very convenient, the security of the area is also very good. Well worth the experience 🥰

I had a wonderful stay during my trip back home. Despite booking during the Tet holiday, the host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite things was the sunny balcony—it was a great spot to relax. The place is also very quiet, offering a peaceful environment. Its location near the Old Quarter is perfect for easy access to the city's attractions. The host also recommended several local eateries nearby, although, due to Tet, I didn't have the chance to try them all. Highly recommend this place for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

Nam’s place is beautiful.. it feels like you’re staying in a farmhouse It’s just they don’t provide cleaning everyday rest every thing is amazingly good

chi was an amazing host, went out of the way to help us at every step, even allowed us to keep luggage on a day between bookings, really glad we chose to stay at Chi's property.

Absolutely loved my time here! I had my taxi drop me off at Mia's Cafe from the airport and was met there to be taken to the apartment for the first time. Everything was so great and easy after that, a truly lovely space, lovely balcony, and always easy to communicate. The neighborhood is fabulous, lively but outside the chaos of the Old Quarter. Good busses and neighborhoods in walking distance as well. Overall a fabulous stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Nice decoration, excellent value & good location. The 3 bedroom I booked was amazing. Honestly, the room was more than I expected with nice decoration and super clean. The host Mark really made my stay happy and convient, I and my family had such a great stay with such a wonderful recommendation for Tours and car to airport. Highly recommend it.

This is the second time in a year I stay at this apartment, still positive reviews. The host is friendly, supports guests wholeheartedly, the building security is very good, the receptionist and lobby security are very friendly and polite. This will definitely always be the place I want to stay every time I return to Vietnam.
