Peter, the Manager, welcomed us very friendly offered us coffee. Our family room was as big as and nice as in the pic. Bathroom too. Clean with TV, Safe etc. Peter also was very helpful and cancelled another Hotel and booked a flight, due to flooding. He indeed did a great Job with all the guests, I observed, thx. Pros: Good location (Hoan Kiem, beer street, night market are all close), clean room, friendly staff, hot water good, air conditioning cool Cons: The toilet drainage is not good, the breakfast is rather poor, so it is not eaten until two days, and the dryer outlet is not plugged in, but I'm not asking you to fix it because it's annoying. We were anxious because there were no reviews on Airbnb but we had no issues at all with our stay at all. It was very clean and the staff were all Frandley. Not all rooms seem to have windows facing out, so it is recommended that you check in advance when booking. It is also recommended that you purchase a filterable shower head that is trending in Korea. I took a shower and the filter is brown (you know this is not a hotel issue, right?) thank you for all staffs!

I was careful about chosing my hotel and am so glad I chose Aviary hotel! The location is perfect - it’s in the middle of all the hustle and bustle, yet the hotel was very clean, the furnitures were comfortable and most important of all is that it was quiet inside. I couldn’t hear any noise inside the bedroom. Having a peaceful and clean place to rest was so important. I was told that the hotel was recently renovated. Also, the staffs at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Gave me some great spots to try some delicious food. Am so thankful, highly recommend!

The two Johns and Tracy were wonderful. You are always greeted with a smile and willingness to help. David in the breakfast room is really hospitable as well. The view from the breakfast room is really nice of the Old Quarter. The rooms are clean and are serviced daily. Amenities are provided with the room so you won’t really need anything regarding toiletries!

That is our sweet experience in Ha Noi . Our apartment located on the top floor with a beautiful view of the west lake and the floating house on the lake. We have full facilities, including a kitchen for cooking. drinking coffee and watching the sunset in the garden next door is also a great experience you should try
