Gorgeous stay, I’d definitely recommend for anyone who wants their own private accom in Hanoi. I didn’t spend a lot of time at the place since I was mostly out exploring, however the place was set up to accommodate your own cooking if you wanted to. And the one night I stayed in with the balcony bath was highly relaxing and exactly what I needed. Vivian was super helpful and communicative, which made the stay a lot easier. As well as helping organise things like airport transfers. This added a lot of ease to my trip. Ultimately, would stay here again.

Fantastic place, we loved it. Super great space for a large group, perfect area near Beer Street, and everything was great. Very highly recommend.

미딩 지역에서 걸어다니기 수월합니다. 바로 앞이 공터이긴 하지만 시끄럽지 않습니다. 미딩이 한인타운이라면 길 건너편인 이곳은 로컬느낌이 조금 더 있습니다. 필요한 것은 다 있습니다. 침대도 깨끗했고 주방도구들도 모두 잘 갖춰져있었습니다. 냉방도 잘 되었습니다. 럭셔리하지는 않았지만 가격대비 완벽했습니다. 감사합니다.

This is a very nice serviced apartments building. The apartment that I stayed in is very nice, tidy and clean. Situated right in the center (yet on a more or less quiet block) with lots of restaurants and stores around. Walking distance to pretty much all the main attractions. Internet is fast. The apartment is being cleaned every day (if you don't want that you have to write to the management – staff in the building don't really speak english, but if you write a message on Airbnb the response is almost immediate). Also laundry service is very quick and good. The management was ready to accommodate all of my needs and requests. All in all it was a pleasant stay (stayed there for a month) and a good value for the money. Would stay there again. Thank you!

Beautiful place with a perfect location. With Uber's being about 1 USD per trip, this location was perfect for the price. You get so much for how much it costs and it is just great.

Tuti’s flat is a great stay in Hanoi. French Quarter is a quieter and calmer area than the Old Quarter but still within a quick walk. The beds in his place are comfortable and it is kept clean. Perfect for a few nights visit to the city - would definitely come again.

There was a perfectly confort place. Host and her family(especially her father) was very kind to me. If I go to Hanoi again, I would like to stay there again. She recommanded me the taxi to the airport more cheaper than Uber. The house keeper was very kinldy also.

Nice place to stay in Westlake! View on the lake from the room. Kitchen. Free breakfast (excellent bánh mì). Fast wifi. Lots of restaurants around. You'll be living on a top of a coffee/restaurant that could serve you food all day which is quite convenient. Plenty of grocery stores at a walking distance. Communicative host. Host has been helpful during our stay. Overall, recommend that you choose this place when exploring this neighborhood.

We have stayed in an Air BnB for the first time in life and we thoroughly loved the way we were hosted in a squeaky neat and clean apartment. It has a small balcony, for standing with a coffee mug and talking. However my 20 months old toddler enjoyed a lot running around the entire apartment. The wooden flooring, amenities provided and accessibility to the road were a few positives about it. Though there are a lot many things to be conveyed, but to cut is short. It's a worth a place to stay, value for money and safe place to be.

Super schöne und große Wohung in Holzoptik. Lage ruhig mit ein paar kleinen Cafes und Restaurants aber nicht zu weit von der Altstadt entfernt. Kein Seeblick vom Balkon, aber abends ist der Blick von der Promenade aus auf den See traumhaft. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden um einfache Gerichte zu kochen. Auf dem Fernsehr ist sowohl youtube als auch netflix installiert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich und jeder Zeit möglich. Im Ergeschoss gibt es eine Waschmaschiene und einen Trockner, die man gegen eine kleine Gebür nutzen kann. Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ein wenig Pflege würde hier viel bringen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Was a great place to stay. Between upper West Lake and the Old Quarter the apartment is in an ideal location.

The apartment was great, comfortable and cozy with everything you need. Communication and instructions were easy and simple. Very well located. The only thing which was not the apartment’s fault, there’s right behind a night club which we could hear the subwofers very close until 2:30AM.

I recently stayed at an apartment in Hanoi that was conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the city's vibrant sights and attractions. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. A highlight was definitely the rooftop terrace, which offered a great space to relax and enjoy the view over the city skyline, especially during sunset. The area was also fairly quiet considering its central location, making it a nice escape from the city's hustle and bustle. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a balance between accessibility and comfort in Hanoi!

This was a familiar location for me since my friend lived nearby. Lots of taxi nearby too. No store opens nearby after late night so get your supplies early. Real hard bed. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Clean and spacious.

Vans place is an exellent and luksurious apartment. We really enjoyed our stay specially my kids with the rooftop pool in hot Hanoi. We would recomment Vans place anytime.

Chi is nice & cute host. Chi usually help us anytime. Apartment wide, full of amenities so i feel comfortable. I will introduce your house to many people i know & i will come back once i have chance to travel

the entrance is located in behind of building so it is difficult to find a little bit. but when you enter it, it is gorgeous place and very comfortable

Lovely apartment. Spacious rooms. Well maintained. View from the 35th floor was absolutely awesome. It was quite close to the old quarter. Not walking but 10 mins by cab. The host was very responsive. We were personally welcomed and assisted by one of the co-hosts. Even though check-in time was 2:00PM, apartment was handed over at 10:00AM as we arrived by early morning flight. Overall a memorable experience.
