Great stay and very comfortable apartment!

We had a very nice week as a family of three in Casa Regina, Apartment 2. We were able to sit comfortably on the large terrace. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. We were able to use the pool and garden nicely. Washing machine great. Andrew and his mother Lurdes were very responsive and communicative. In case of problems with the shower, they responded quickly and there were cookies and wine as a small compensation. When booking, Andrew also points out that it is a quiet residential unit. It is actually important to consider this, as the apartments are quite close to each other. Apartment 3 adjoins the large bedroom and, depending on the neighbors, it can also be a bit noisy. You can also always hear the street, but at night it is relatively quiet and also at the pool it is idyllic. It should also be mentioned that the entrance from apartment 1 leads to the terrace of apartment 2. We had very nice neighbors, so it wasn't disturbing for us.

I had an absolutely lovely stay at Tanya's! The place was exactly as described, very quiet and peaceful, with everything I needed for my stay. I think Tanye under-sells the surroundings. The building is located in basically a beautiful garden steeped in bougainvilleas with a beautiful swimming pool and three good restaurants inside the enclave. It's stunning, peaceful, safe, and the perfect place to relax or work remotely from. This is definitely a hidden gem and I'll be back for sure.

We had a very nice week at Casa Maria 2. The location is super central and you have sea views. Rita, Daniela's sister, was always available for us and took care of us immediately when we had a power outage due to heavy rain. Only the loud ventilation on the roof terrace from the restaurant on the ground floor could have been mentioned.

If you are looking for a thoroughly modern condo with all amenities, plenty of outdoor space, within walking distance of everything including the train that links you to everywhere in the Algarve YOU HAVE FOUND IT.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay in September. The apartment is beautiful, very spacious & clean. Well appointed - there were even tuppaware boxes for us to use! The beds are comfy & good shower pressure. Lovely terrace. Quiet area but only 1 street behind the front & 5 minutes walk to the boat for the beach. Maria was a brilliant host - very friendly & communicative & flexible with our check in needs. We would definitely come back to stay another time & recommend 100% to others. Thanks again x

We enjoyed our stay at Lucia’s place. We stayed with two small kids for 2,5 weeks and had a great time. The apartment is very spacious, pretty and has all necessary amenities. The outdoor space is also very nice. Sunny and private. Lucia was a great host and the communication with her was smooth.

Such a nice house and nice surroundings with oranges around the corner! Perfect house for us, who were there as a larger group. Nice rooms and perfect with larger social areas where everyone could hang out and the kids play. Extra plus for the order in the kitchen and an incredibly helpful and accommodating host!

We enjoyed our stay in the house a lot, especially due to the really nice pool. The additional towels for pool and beach as well as the parasol were great. The area is a good spot to explore the region by car. The nearest beach is a 10 minute drive away. The only downside were the barking dogs in the neighbourhood at night.

Beautiful, peaceful space in the countryside near Tavira. Great location, easy access to town. Beds were comfortable, everything worked well, great water pressure. Pool was cleaned first day we arrived. Michelle was responsive and a pleasure to interact with. Would highly recommend.

Simply fantastic. This small 2nd floor house stands on a huge property where we were completely with us. All fenced so that the dog could move freely and safely. The cottage is very stylishly decorated and nothing is missing. Cookbooks, play a huge smart TV, a super furnished kitchen, and an amazing bed. It is just great. The outdoor area is also great. Great and large conservatory, a steep pool and lovingly furnished garden. We give 12 out of 10 points. In addition, Pedro is a really cool guy, prosive, loose and seems to have a great taste. Thanks Pedro, it was over the top.

David and Megan took our booking at very short notice and were very helpful throughout. The house is lovely -- very homely and there were lots of useful basics left behind by others, as well as a welcome pack of coffee etc. (Refreshing to have a filter machine, not Nespresso!) Bathroom both upstairs and downstairs. Excellent loo paper -- shows a generous attitude!Comfortable beds. I'm sure the outside shower would be a bonus in high summer. Because we were a late booking, David and Megan regretted not being able to greet us, so they made the effort to come along on our last day, to say hello/goodbye! What a difference from the too-big commercial outfits, where the space isn't homely and the minimum is provided! We would definitely return and Tavira is a delight. (Go to the Fado in the church.)

Great stay in good location to explore the algarve.

The house is equipped with everything you may need. Excellent cleanliness. Brian, he informed us very well of everything; supermarkets, beaches...etc. Our stay was very comforting. Definitely a place we'll recommend.

We had a great vacation in a beautiful house with large pool and garden. Due to the many offers such as the volleyball court, table tennis and billiards, you can't get bored here. Communication was great and everything worked out smoothly. The location of the house is in a very quiet area, on foot there is little to reach but by car you are in a few minutes in the city, on the beach or at the supermarket. Thank you for the great house and the lovely vacation.

We had a wonderful time in the beautiful, well-equipped and sparkling clean apartment. Filipe was always easily accessible and also contacted us proactively. The apartment is very close to nice restaurants and to the boat dock on the beach. There were always free parking spaces right in front of the apartment complex. We did not need the two underground parking spaces belonging to the apartment. Thank you, Filipe, for the opportunity to postpone the check-out a little and for the many good restaurant tips. I'd love to come back and look forward to the next stay in Cabanas de Tavira and in your beautiful apartment.

Fantastic place and stay, we spent most of the time on the balcony - brilliant to have so many lounging/seating options. The place had a lovely personal touch and really liked the thoughtful lighting - made it all very relaxing. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

Lovely home on multiple levels. Great roof patio. Easy access to large local mall with Continente grocery store, pharmacy, mobile phone service, clothing stores and movie theatre. This was our first stay in Tavira. Probably our 8th stay in the Algarve. Really loved it’s charm and will be back. A 10 minute drive to downtown and some free parking. Not as crowded as further West. Short trips to local small towns. Half hour drive from Faro airport. House is airy, good heat on all rooms. Easy parking at front door. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Dorota was extremely responsive to any inquiry we had. She even left some oranges and lemon from her garden. We are both in our 70s and my wife has some mobility issues. The home having multiple levels, there are short stairs between all levels. There is no hand rail from main entrance to lower family room/dining area. Great home and stay and highly recommended. Make sure you purchase Tavira grown oranges, they are the best.

Iris put a lot of attention into the decor, creating a space that felt more like a home than just a place to stay. She provided an assortment of breakfast food and a bottle of wine (much appreciated!). Her notebook with instructions and local recommendations was good. She also left a couple of English-language newspapers, which was nice.

Loved our stay here. Peaceful apartment. Neighbours very quiet. Nice space with comfortable lounge and plenty of room. Apartment doesn't get the sun during day so can be a bit cold this time of year. Though good heaters worked well to keep us warm when needed. Great location for the town, restaurants and bars. Quiet area with on road free parking. Easy to park certainly this time of year in Jan. Roof terrace not used as in Jan it doesn't get the sun. Would return and recommend.

Maria's description, photos and price has restored my faith on websites. It was as described, slightly old fashioned cosy with lots of spare bedding and towels. Perhaps the mattress in second bedroom needs upgrading. Otherwise a positive experience.
