Great stay, clean and comfortable and in a great Location. Easy walking distance to the Mount and the shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at Whare Iti Rawa (Studio) it was right on the water, beautiful sunsets, and peaceful location. Paul and Jo were really friendly and helpful. The little studio was so cute and had everything we needed. Very comfy bed. Lovely and clean and modern.

Sharon was a great host. The house was very clean and cozy. Enjoyed the stay.

Perfect rental. Almost instant communication from the host who was super friendly and helpful. House was perfect. Spotlessly clean and located within walking distance to all the best that the amount has to offer. We were even left a surprise gift of Easter eggs on Sunday which impressed us all as lovely touch. Our long weekend stay was very comfortable at Kim and Marty's unit. They are very friendly and checking with us if we need anything else. The place is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for a rest. Will stay here again.

Was welcomed by the power couple when we arrived. They are the sweetest spending time to chat with us. It's Home away from Home feel when we entered the house. Spotlessly clean, all are organized and very homey. The house has complete amenities, kitchen is well- equipped with big fridge you can keep your food items. The lounge/ living area is wide and comfy enough that you wouldn't want to use the bedrooms. But bedrooms are great! Had a good night sleep. Toilet is separate from the bathroom which is really more functional. The shower has strong water pressure which is my favourite in the house. Left the house and we forgot our water bottle, Irene immediately informed us about it. Such a nice gesture. Note: Short drive to Tauranga town center, shopping mall- Bayfair with Woolworths closing at 10pm and KMart til midnight. Few mins walk to the beachfront- best if you prefer quieter location. Thanks Irene, you have the best place in Papamoa!

Sue and Ron were excellent host, they respected our privacy the entire stay. The studio itself had a homely feel and was super clean. Location was perfect, close to literally everything yet peaceful.

Patricia was the best host- very friendly and inviting! We loved our stay at her beach house, such a beautiful, peaceful spot. Perfect for relaxing and short drive to restaurants & shops. Patricia left welcoming supplies, food & drink. The house was very well equipped with everything you could need for a beach stay. Wonderful stay with a wonderful host!

We stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed the peaceful area, great amenities and location. John met us on arrival and immediately made us feel welcome and at home. The studio is well equipped, spotless and private and we had a great time relaxing and exploring.

We can’t recommend Maria-Patricia’s place enough! Perfect for our family of 4, with everything you need for a beach stay - including beach towels. Game changing! The location is exceptional, with a very quick walk to the stunning and pristine beach. Thanks for a wonderful stay! 😄

The property was great ! It had all the necessary amenities for our trip. Even small things such as take out containers, shopping bags and food seasoning that we didn’t have to bring. The location was great, close enough to the beach and surrounded stores. The overall apartment was clean, and extremely convenient. Awesome place stay if you are on holiday.

Nice sized place for groups of 4-6. Kirsty is very kind genuine person as she was lenient enough to allow me and my mates to stay one more night even after getting noise complaints the previous night.

Location is fantastic and the decor is much nicer than the pictures. Due to proximity to everything you may get woken up at 5AM each morning if you're a light sleeper. The kitchen is well stocked aside from the oven that I couldn't get working. Elizabeth was helpful with coordinating a mail delivery. Loved that there was a walk-in closet and two bathrooms. Place was super comfortable and convenient. 💯 would recommend.

Awesome place to stay! Perfect location, close to everything we needed could walk to cafes and restaurants. Use of the pool was great and beautiful place to stay in. Clean and tidy, had everything we needed! Would 100% stay there again.

Lovely place to stay, pool was amazing, rooms were ideal and aircon helped a lot. The area has traffic noise (if you're not used to it) but so close to mount and shops! Highly reccommend!
