Amami Beach House is a wonderful place. The location directly on the beach is unique and the view from the balcony is fantastic. It is very quiet and you can only hear the sea and the crickets. The house is tiptop clean and everything is very thoughtful and tastefully decorated. Very good kitchen equipment. Great is also the possibility to use snorkel sets. Masayo was always available and gave us good tips. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to stay longer. Thank you so much for letting us stay in this lovely cottage. Anka

We stayed for a week and it was a really great experience. After all, the beauty of the beach in front of you is exceptional. The sunset every night was really beautiful and healed my daily fatigue.At night, the starry sky spread out, and we had a luxurious time that can't be enjoyed in the city. Also, when I was unexpectedly ill and spent a day in the room, I was not bored thanks to the projector. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a family vacation or a relaxing time.

There was a polite explanation about the entry and questions after entering the room, which gave me peace of mind. I used it with my family with a toddler.The room was very comfortable and the garden was pleasant.There was a sea just a short walk away, and there was a park, so children and adults enjoyed it.There was also a sand play set and floating rings, and the children were playing with great pleasure. There is no place to shop in the village, so you need to shop in advance. As soon as I asked in advance about the information about the surrounding shops and guide the night tour, you replied to me right away. The night tour was very nice to be able to see a lot of precious creatures, including Amamino Rabbit! It was very nice to have a relaxing time.

What a lovely home in Amami, we couldn't be more pleased. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped with everything you could need, and everything was meticulously organized and labeled. I needed to stay overnight in connection with a transfer back to Chiba from Kikai Island, so I used it. You can also walk because it is close to the airport (about 15 minutes on foot?), In the hot season, it is difficult to move with heavy luggage, and it is convenient to have feet to shop for meals, so I rented a car in my case. It was my second time using it, but it was still clean and I had a pleasant time.The room was spacious and the interior and other decorations were beautiful, so my daughter who stayed with us was also amazing. In addition, it was very helpful because there was almost everything I needed for my stay, such as a drum washing machine, cooking utensils, and condiments.　 We also had a great time communicating with the host by messaging the minimum necessary. In addition, I left my laptop and other items at the inn this time, but they responded quickly, such as sending it by cash on delivery that day!(Thank you) I think it is a recommended place to stay with peace of mind.

The kitchen was very well stocked and we enjoyed cooking during our stay. There are high ceilings, wide corridors, and more. It was a pity that there was no wardrobe.

We had a very pleasant time. I was looking for a place to stay for three generations, including small children, with two bedrooms. This is a floor plan where the bedroom, Japanese-style room, and living room were separated, making it easy to use. The Japanese-style room has a sliding partition, so I was able to relax in the living room by turning on the light and watching TV even after the children slept in the Japanese-style room. We also received timely replies to messages during our stay, and the response was quick and I had a comfortable and reassuring stay. Next, we're planning to stay with friends and family.

Robin was a top host, possibly the best I have ever had while using this app. He is attentive, helpful and very keen to share his stories about this beautiful island. He can communicate perfectly in both English and Japanese, and knows the area very well. The house itself is in a stunning location, with unrestricted views of the bay and its sunset. There was also a canoe available to us on the beach, with the ability to have a charcoal barbecue if we so wished. Overall a brilliant house and island and would highly recommend to those travelling in groups, those interested in wildlife and those who want to experience authentic island life
