Waterfront vacation rentals in Tatlısu

My husband and I have stayed in Coralli Spa many times over the years. We love the place, it is in a quiet, scenic location, the apartments have all we need, there are two pools and it is only a short walk away from all the bars, restaurants and attractions of fig tree bay. We loved this apartments in particular for the views, it is perfectly placed overlooking the main pool and the sea. The sunrise in the morning is a sight to behold. We would definitely book this one again.

Lora has been the perfect host always available to answer and questions. The property is amazing, large open spaces my 1yr old loved crawling around the whole apartment whilst we could see her. With a balcony on both sides we had sun and shade options all day with fantastic sunset views. There’s a small park visible from the front door with swing and a roundabout. All route around are pram friendly we only ventured a small way around the salt lake but that was suitable and we even got on to the dried up part of the lake with a little carry of the pram. The hot tub is heated by the sun so easy to use and great on a hot day be sure to pop the cover on when not in use to keep it as clean as possible there’s an out door shower perfect for a rinse before use and the apartment isn’t over looked and is completely private. 10/10!!!

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful flat, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. What made the stay even more special was the host. They were exceptionally kind, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Their warm hospitality really made me feel at home. I highly recommend this flat to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway by the sea. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

If you want to spend your time on the resort only, than the location is good. If you want to visit some other places then you need a car and drive 1 - 1,5 hour. For example : Girne is a nice place to visit for a day. Nice swimming pool, Gym, Spa, beach with beds and umbrellas. Nice restaurant.

We liked everything about the apartment!

This is a beautiful home with a wonderful sea view. The house was clean, well equipped, and looks exactly like the photos. Athos and Rhea were very friendly, and easy to reach, they recommended nice places for us to visit during our stay.

First of all, we were very pleased with the attention of the host Yunus Emre. We were able to reach him easily whenever we needed and he was very helpful. We had no problems finding the house and checking in. The house was as it appeared in the images; it was peaceful, sweet and comfortable. Its proximity to the sea, beaches and Yiğitler Market also provided a great advantage in terms of location. Both the comfort and location of the house pleased us very much. We would like to thank Yunus Emre, the host, who made us feel at home.

A very nice and well equipped 3-bed house with a pool. Excellent location, quiet and with a nice view! Really enjoyed the outdoor barbecue-bar area. Would definitely recommend and would come back! Responsive host and easy communication eased our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is nice and clean with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The view of the sea with the beautiful garden is breathtaking. A very recommended vacation place to stay!

Ideal place for family vacation or a group of friends! The villa provides all the comfort you may need and especially the pool allows you to have a chill day at home. Looked exactly like the photos, everything worked properly and the hosts were really nice and helpful.

Vila Santa Firenze in Ayia Thekla is a very complete holiday accommodation! With a nice swimming pool, seats in front and behind the house and a reasonably spacious house, it is fine to stay there. Upon arrival we were surprised by a more than full basket of all kinds of food, also a stocked fridge and more than enough other stuff not to have to go to a supermarket right away for eating the first day(s)! The house has all the necessary necessities to cook, wash and stay! The location of the house is in a quiet neighborhood, within 5 minutes you are on the beach and by car the local supermarket is also reached in a few minutes (on foot about 25 minutes walk). A car is advisable to explore the island, public transport also stops close to the house. Svetlana responds particularly quickly to sent messages, unfortunately we did not see her personally to thank her. A perfect recommendation for a wonderful vacation!

Mr. Bekir was the kindest and most valuable host I've ever met on Airbnb. She was responsive to all our needs. She greeted us with fine treats and provided quick solutions to national disruptions. It was an exclusive stay with the location of the house, walking areas, the beach. You can come and stay with peace of mind and peace of mind. If I need to stay in Cyprus, my only place will be Mr. Bekir's house. Thank you so much to him and our kind neighbors 🙏

We come to Cyprus twice a year and can say without a doubt this is one of my favourite places to stay. The location is excellent - beautiful sea views, a lawn that makes you feel like you are in a multi million dollar villa on the water, comfy beds, great kitchen. Local restaurants are great (special mention to Bakers Arms and Tulum). Marina is extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.

after an initial hiccup with check in and air bnb helpline making this issue 100 times worse. The apartment and location was amazing and Paris resolved the initial issue and is an excellent host and would DEFINITELY stay there again . Its just a pitty the people at air bnb haven't got a clue what they are doing . But as for the apartment , the stay and host Paris, 5 stars 🌟

We felt at home and never wanted to return. Anton was very nice and helpful. She told us everything about the house and was helpful. Lots of love and greetings❣️ The site is also very safe for children and those who come alone. In order to benefit from the pool and spa, it is necessary to register and buy a bracelet. They are very tight with this. The registration process can take a little long due to the intensity. So don't leave it at the last minute and send your information in advance. The apartment was exactly as described. Everything was very neat and clean, very cozy. The equipment level was excellent, and there was a lot of storage space. A pleasant surprise was the large size of the balcony, it seemed larger than in the pictures. The balcony has a really nice view of the sea, and it is definitely worth getting up to watch the sunrise. The swimming opportunities are excellent, a lovely sandy beach and it gets deeper gently. It is worth taking a walk to the beach boulevard. Varnavas is friendly and it was easy to communicate with him and he responded quickly. He also gave us tips on good restaurants and arranged a taxi for us when we arrived. Bus no. 425 runs right in front of the house about every 30 minutes. It gives easy access to the city center and the airport. We were very satisfied with everything, and warmly recommend this accommodation.

I had a great experience renting this place. Fadi was extremely professional, punctual, and reliable throughout the process, which I really appreciated. The location is a major advantage—just a short distance from the city’s main tourist center, making everything easily accessible. This was the third stay at the property. Hatice is always quick to respond and help with anything. The apartment is spacious and is in a really good location close to the city centre and a short car ride from the beaches. We would stay again.
