This is a beautiful home with a wonderful sea view. The house was clean, well equipped, and looks exactly like the photos. Athos and Rhea were very friendly, and easy to reach, they recommended nice places for us to visit during our stay.

The villa was beautiful. We have stayed in the area before, so we knew where everything was. We hired a car and had a look around the area as well as using the supermarkets. We loved the sunshine and the pool area! Marios was really helpful and answered any questions we had promptly. A great host and we will look to stay there again!

Vila Santa Firenze in Ayia Thekla is a very complete holiday accommodation! With a nice swimming pool, seats in front and behind the house and a reasonably spacious house, it is fine to stay there. Upon arrival we were surprised by a more than full basket of all kinds of food, also a stocked fridge and more than enough other stuff not to have to go to a supermarket right away for eating the first day(s)! The house has all the necessary necessities to cook, wash and stay! The location of the house is in a quiet neighborhood, within 5 minutes you are on the beach and by car the local supermarket is also reached in a few minutes (on foot about 25 minutes walk). A car is advisable to explore the island, public transport also stops close to the house. Svetlana responds particularly quickly to sent messages, unfortunately we did not see her personally to thank her. A perfect recommendation for a wonderful vacation!

I would say it's a hidden gem, especially for those who have a car. It is walkable to a huge supermarket and a fast food restaurant. It is only 4 km from the border crossing. The house is nice and comfy. It is beside the ghost town. I highly recommend this place for local and international visitors. The kitchen has full equipment for cooking. Thanks

“Absolutely perfect for work & relax – 5 stars!” We stayed at this Airbnb as a team retreat and were blown away by the experience. From the beginning, we asked for specific work-related needs – desks, monitors, and a good setup – and everything was provided quickly and without any fuss. The communication was incredibly fast and helpful: any question or small issue was addressed almost instantly via the WA group. The house itself is beautiful, well-equipped, and super comfortable – ideal for both focused work and relaxed downtime. We truly couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended!

We were a party of 6 friends and enjoyed the villa a lot. The location is right on the beach, the house is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. There was a slight problem with the directions but Terri was available and solved it quickly. Overall we had a great time and would love to come back again.

The house far exceeded our expectations. We had a very pleasant holiday. It was very good to enter a clean and spacious house, after a difficult and long journey. We had the full comfort of home during our vacation. The fact that the house is 15 minutes walk from the center of Kyrenia and right next to the market made it very comfortable. We would also like to thank the hospitable Mr. Ersin for answering any questions we have right away.

We loved our stay! I’d definitely book this lovely cabin if you’re staying in Cyprus! We were surprised with how many amenities were provided, from card games to appliances, everything was great. You do require a car, and i’d recommend something like a small SUV or bigger. We had a small hatchback, which wasn’t too ideal for the dirt path leading up to the house, but still manageable. Finding the road entrance was quite tricky when we first arrived. The entrance doesn’t show on regular maps, only on a satellite view. There are green signs from there directing you. The cabin is located really nicely between everything, 1h1/2 from Paphos, same for Ayia Napa, and you are right nearby the mountains for some unreal views. The private pool is a great facility, completely private, and a good way to soak in the sun. Despite being hidden away and private, shops, petrol stations etc are just down the road. The views from this villa are absolutely stunning! If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful mountain retreat with a big, clean pool then this is a perfect spot. Sunsets and sunrises can be seen from the porches and the property is surrounded by beauty. The gardens are also well kept and beautiful! We ate most meals on the front porch to enjoy the view. The house is very spacious and perfect for a large group. The beds are large (which is usually hard to find) and the living room has lots of comfortable seating and a large dining area. Our host was very kind, responsive, and attentive to our needs! He takes good care of his property and is always available to help when needed. He sent us lots of good local recommendations. The house is also close to Turtle beach, and only 9 minutes from restaurants and grocery stores. I definitely recommend this house as a perfect vacation spot for families!

Kyriakos was the perfect host, very friendly and responsive and from the moment meeting him at the check in he made you feel very comfortable and gave great recommendations. He also included a huge welcome basket of local produce which went down a treat! The villa itself was stunning, very private and quiet and had great additions to the place that we made great use of. From the pool table, swimming pool with jacuzzi function, hot tub, bbq, firepit and the most glorious vegetable garden, our trip was extra special. There was a fantastic local restaurant a walk from the villa that was great and the owner was lovely. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Lenos’s place! The villa has a truly authentic feel that made the experience special and relaxing. The pool is absolutely amazing, and the bathtub was a great bonus for winding down. Lenos himself was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The location is perfect: close enough to the center of Ayia Napa to enjoy everything easily, yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a mix of charm, comfort, and convenience.
