Wir würden sehr herzlich durch Christina (Mama von Tania) begrüßt, eingewiesen und auch wieder verabschiedet. Tania war stets erreichbar und Christina immer ansprechbar. Die Villa entspricht der Beschreibung, ist gemütlich und komplett ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Wasserbecken ist sehr schön um sich zwischendurch zu erfrischen. Der Garten ist sehr schön gestaltet und die Abende haben wir ausschließlich auf der gemütlichen und überdachten Terrasse verbracht. Dort gibt es auch einen zusätzlichen kleinen Kühlschrank für Getränke, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Villa befindet in einer guten Nachbarschaft und ist einer super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge z.B. an den Strand, nach Triest oder Koper (tolle mittelalterliche Stadt in Slowenien mit Strand). Vielen Dank an Tania und Christina, wir hatten sehr schöne Zeit und haben uns in dieser schönen Villa sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Un’ottima sistemazione . Il casale con cantina, molto bella e ben ristrutturata con una magnifica vista sui vigneti che la circondano. A pochi minuti da Gorizia e Nova Gorica, un’oasi di pace la casa ha ogni comfort ma allo stesso tempo molto genuina un eleganza di altri tempi , così come lo sono i proprietari, Si percepisce dai dettagli della casa hanno molta passione e sono molto rispettosi della natura che li circonda. Colazione generosa, griglia e arredamento da esterno. Ideale per soggiorno in compagnia di amici o famiglia numerosa.

Alina's villa was beyond all our expectations. The photos on the page were lovely, but it was more beautiful in person. We wanted a place that felt like home and would serve as a home base for day trips to various spots in the region. Villa Aquilea was the perfect choice! The home was immaculate and we had all the amenties we could ask for. The grounds and the garden were a delightful surprise and it was so relaxing to sit and enjoy the beauty of the property. It was great to have such a restful spot to enjoy between excursions. Even though the weather was hot, we were comfortable and safe from mosquitos while we slept with the screened windows and nice cross breezes. Alina was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. She generously provided us with useful information regarding restaurants and things to do. Everything was simply perfection.

Moc příjemné ubytování v krásné přírodě a naprostém tichu. Milé přivítání a občerstvení od hostitelů. Příjezdová cesta byla pro nás trochu náročná kvůli terénu, ale stálo to za to. V chalupě jsme našli vše, co jsme potřebovali.

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung und schöner Garten. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit. Nur wenige Minuten vom Promenade Strandbad entfernt. Sehr zu empfehlen

Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub. Das Haus ist wunderschön, vor allem der Anbau mit der moderneren Küche und der langen Tafel. Der Blick aus dem Haupt Bad ist atemberaubend, vor allem bei Sonnenaufgang. Aufgrund der vielen geräumigen Zimmer ist es jederzeit möglich auch mal für sich zu sein.

We had the great pleasure of staying at this property and were thoroughly impressed. The location is excellent and easy to find, thanks to clear and detailed directions. The house is spacious, very comfortable, and exceptionally well-equipped — far beyond our expectations, especially for cooking and barbecuing. The downstairs kitchen proved particularly convenient and fully functional. The bedrooms are large and pleasant, with high-quality bedding, and the view over the valley is simply breathtaking, even when the clouds are low. The overall atmosphere of the place invites relaxation and well-being; we felt so comfortable that we would have gladly extended our stay. The host was highly responsive and exceptionally kind. We were genuinely impressed by the quality of both the hospitality and the amenities. Without a doubt, we will choose this property again for any future visit to the area. Thank you so much for all.

Die Unterkunft Übertraf die Bilder und die Beschreibung. Die Lage am See und vorallem das Gartengrundstück mit eigenem Steg sind hervorragend. Wir würden uns freuen nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen. Bernd ist super freundlich und es hat organisatorisch alles super funktioniert. Vielen Dank!

We had a wonderful time at Wörthersee and Martina‘s house was a fantastic base for us and a home from home. The kids enjoyed the table tennis and table football and granddad the shade under the trees in the garden. The views are stunning and the walk to the beach through the woods was special.

We were two families who met at the villa to spend some time together. For this the house is perfect and we enjoyed our stay. The outside area with the pool and the terrace is stunning. Especially the kids but also us adults loved the pool. The kitchen is very well equipped. Some of the things were not super clean but that is more on previous guests then on the host. The bedrooms are all very nice and beds are very comfortable. Also, there are ACs in all rooms. We had a great time and looking forward to coming back.

This was a wonderful place to stay - the view from the living area and balcony was stunning; the place was super clean; and enough space (and beds) for our group of 6 women. Carlo was extremely helpful, and even included a short video and how to find the address (which came in handy).

A great house for a group of friends but would be great for families too as there is a twin room off one of the double bedrooms. Walkable from beautiful Lake Bled and all it has to offer. A lovely house and recently renovated. Responsive hosts and made some good local recommendations.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Erwachsenen und einem Kind und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Haus. Das Haus war makellos sauber, gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet – es hat an nichts gefehlt. Amicie war sehr freundlich und antwortete immer schnell. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Wir waren 7 Personen für ein Wochenende in der Villa Prosecco und sind sehr zufrieden. Die Kommunikation vor dem Check-in war einfach und schnell via Whats App. Beim Eintreffen wurden wir freundlich empfangen und es wurde alles erklärt. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und das Haus sauber! In der Küche waren genügend Utensilien zum Kochen da. Um etwas zu erreichen, muss man fast mit dem Auto bzw. Taxi fahren, aber dafür hat man seine Ruhe da die Gegend nicht sehr belebt ist. Nach Triest sind es ca. 15min. Fazit, für eine größere Gruppe ist die Villa Prosecco ein Klasse Aufenthaltsort. Nur zu empfehlen!

Alles war perfekt! Waren schon zum 2. mal da und kommen gerne wieder.

Le logement est situé sur les hauteurs avec une vue imprenable sur Trieste qui vaut vraiment le détour. Il vaut mieux avoir la voiture pour être à quelques minutes du centre. Il y a un parking gratuit proche de la maison. Tout était propre, bien équipé et très bien rangé, l'arrivée est flexible et facile.

The accommodation was perfect for us. He gave us the opportunity to be the users of a huge estate for a week. In addition to beautiful cedar trees, there are many other types of trees on the plot (chestnut, linden, oak). Despite the huge size of the house, it is free of exaggerations. We had three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable kitchen and a large living room. Parking is convenient even with an SUV-sized car, and it is possible to enter the property through a large gate about 7-8 meters wide. It is recommended for all those who are not afraid of the nature of rural life, so they are not afraid of a wasp that may wander onto the terrace or (despite the mosquito net that can be lowered on the terrace doors, possibly) into the house. We didn't miss the air conditioning in the house, we slept with the windows open. It is possible that not everyone would feel perfectly comfortable in it due to the inaccessible parts of the house, but we fell in love with the "house of our dreams".

Nettes Haus in schöner Gegend, alles vorhanden für einen entspannten Urlaub. Freundliche Gastgeberin, die gerne kommuniziert und Tipps gibt. Super leise in der Nacht. Unserem Hund Seppi hat es auch sehr gut gefallen. Kommen gerne wieder hier her!

Die Unterkunft war wirklich riesig und die Kommunikation mit Mauro war sehr gut. Ein außerordentlich guter Platz für Kinder! Die Unterkunft ist jeder großen Gruppe und Familie zu empfehlen. Die Ausstattung war super, obwohl an manchen Stellen etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Danke für die schöne Zeit dort!

Es war super schön, wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, der Pool ist klasse. Laura war sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.
