Special place that needs a communal kitchen. Simone is a great cook but not everyone can afford daily prepared meals. The place is simple but beautiful. Needs maintenance. Simone is good with plants and decoration. We never met Sergio… I hope they renew the energy of this project

The Seaview apartment is excellently located in the city center. It is one of the most beautiful buildings in the neighborhood. Apartment is indeed beachfront, less than 5 minutes to the promenade, restaurants, shops and ferry port. Nice lady met me at port with a bottle of cold water which was very nice. Apartment offers full range of amenities including fully equipped kitchen. Local fishermen sell fresh fish every day for affordable prices. As a person from the north, I was especially looking for an apparent with air conditioning. A lot of local places in São Nicolau do not have it. The apartment has fully functional air conditioning in the bedroom. I had great night sleep every night thanks to a/c. City of Tarrafal gets very hot in the afternoon, a/c is essential. The hosts were very responsive to any request. They organized several sightseeing tours. All my preferences were taken into account. Driver had very good English and happily shared history and cultural insights.

An apartment as described and very well equipped: beautiful kitchen (special mention for the coffee machine), impeccable cleanliness, latest generation TV, wifi... We had a pleasant stay and felt very good in this apartment! A few minutes walk from the city center and the aluguer Small downside on the quality of the bedding (you could feel the springs😅) Quiet, peaceful place! Go ahead without hesitation!

Perfect place to visit Sao Nicolau, on the beach and a few minutes from the port. Air-conditioned, the rooms all have the comfort possible and the staff is very good. I recommend it!

A beautiful location in a beautiful nature commanded. Locally located, all nearby villages are easy to reach from here. For nature lovers a nice location, to come home after hiking through the unspoiled nature, in a nice house, with all the facilities. Wake up to the roosters you wish for " good morning". A nice/homely welcome from the host. A homely welcome with respect for your own privacy. All with a super nice experience.

Rustic, authentic, clean, well-located, with beautiful city views. Bedding and towels provided. Perfect for those looking for a good base on the island and has no special requirements (no A/C, very little hot water, noises of surrounding animals). Maria is very friendly and speaks French. The people of the neighborhood and overall of Cape Verde are welcoming. Very good base for visiting the island. Recommended!
