A pleasant stay, a more beautiful house in real life than in photos, Susana is super helpful and ready to help and advise you at all times. Nothing is missing in the house, fully equipped kitchen, drinking water bowl. If I go back to Santa Maria, I would definitely stay here again!

Super nice host, super nice apartment. Spacious apartment, nice light with sea views. Wifi worked fantastic, which was nice to work and/or call. Everything was at a walkable distance while still being in a very quiet area. As a result, we also slept wonderfully at night. Antony responds quickly, positively and Susana as a host on site is completely fantastic. As if you're coming to stay with friends!

Great place with amazing view. I would say this is a room renting with private bathroom and balcony. Hots is very nice and responsive. Internet works fine for remote work

Great location, great pool and beach vibe. Secure. House was stocked with plenty of items for kitchen, bath, towels. Had a great hammock and lots of outdoor seating. We were given two keys which is always helpful.

Rod is an attentive host who is always available to solve problems and meet the needs of his guests. The accommodation is spacious, equipped with everything you need and is very clean, in a fantastic location just a few steps from the beach and the center of Santa Maria, with a wonderful Ocean view terrace. We had a great time!

best location of the island. view over swimming pool with back beach. 24x7 guarded, clean swimming pool. everything near restaurants, shops etc. within a few minutes walk. just try restaurants just outside the tourist main street and the beach resorts. with a few excursions you have seen the small island, car rental is not necessary as far as we (2 adults)

The apartment is nicely located, right across from the beach and 5-10 minutes from Santa Maria's main street. It is also very well equipped. The wifi is working very well. The only bad thing, is that many mosquitoes come in and they fill you with bites, I recommend bringing something to scare them away. The complex has a pool that is very good, it is sunny practically all day. Also, it has 24-hour security. I stand out to Jimmy, one of the security guys, he was very nice and gave us a lot of recommendations about Santa Maria. Finally, although not least, to emphasize that the owner Nigel is charming, from the first moment we booked the accommodation he took care of arranging the transfer to and from the airport (€25/journey approx) and that our stay was as good as possible. The first day you arrive, another of the owners, Adrian, showed us the apartment and gave us very good advice about our visit to the island. I will definitely be back!
