I stayed with my family from 5/5/2025 to 5/13/2025, excellent apartment, clean linens, kitchen with impeccable containers, I just missed an air fryer, it would make the stay even easier. Bruna is always very attentive and kind. On a future visit to Porto Seguro, I would definitely choose the Monte Carmelo condominium again.

Great stay. The apartment is very comfortable, well decorated, with the appearance of “our house,” extremely functional and equipped. The location is strategic, both for the hottest beaches/bars and for the center. There is a supermarket, restaurants, bars and pharmacies very close by. The condominium is very safe, because there are few units, it is easy to meet the other users. The owners were very receptive and flexible. Nanci was very available in all phone contacts and Aelson, who welcomed us, was very friendly and made himself available. The accommodation will certainly be on our return list. Thank you very much.

My stay was excellent! The place was exactly as described in the listing, everything was very clean, organized and well maintained. We very much enjoyed our stay, cozy place, the super attentive Valéria and very pleasant atmosphere. Location close to the beach, restaurant and markets. The only thing left to be desired was the bathroom, mainly social, because it was a fossa in the city, the stench and the vase clogged very easily. We passed the case to Valeria as responsible. But we highly recommend the stay and certainly in another opportunity, we will come back, because it was TOP⛱️⛱️⛱️

Differentiated by having barbecue in the private space. Very beautiful and huge pool. Wilson always available and helpful, made no effort to meet us and with quick responses. it was very nice to know the region the place is very pleasant as described in the advertisement and I would say that even a little more is the beach ladinho which, by the way, I considered one of the best here in the region, especially for those who have a swimming pool that has in the place that is very good well cared for by the employees unfortunately we can not enjoy it because it rained a lot in the days we came but knowing the region was worth a lot, for sure, we will return to another opportunity for sure.

Very good, clean place exactly as shown in the photos, spacious, comfortable and safe

Location is the same as in the photos. It has a swimming pool, TV in the living rooms and bedrooms, bathrooms in good condition and a kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator and cutlery, as well as a laundry area. The house accommodates five people, which was my case, and I believe a few more if needed. The only point that left something to be desired for me was the cell phone signal that did not work inside the house and the internet signal that is good only in the living room, other than that it was perfect. If a router were installed inside the house to repeat the signal, I believe it would solve it.

My stay was wonderful, my family was very well settled in, comfortable, we were very well received by Erika, who showed time availability to any situation that happened, very polite as well as Marcelo himself. The place was extremely clean, organized, all utensils in perfect condition, nice-smelling linens.... it was a perfect stay, I highly recommend it and I will return again. I leave here my thanks to Erika who welcomed us and to Marcelo.

Great location. Close to the beach and a little far from the mess, place as described in the photos, very well cleaned and organized, heated pool and very safe place, with people access control. Market and restaurants nearby. I love it and I intend to go back.

Our stay was perfect. Mutá beach is a delight, warm and calm water. It is 15 km from Porto Seguro, and the highway to the city has a lot of traffic in busy periods, but we were looking for a place without a lot of people, so it was great. The condominium is very cozy, and the apartment was clean and tidy. Overall, I highly recommend!

It has a back area with a very good barbecue. The house is more beautiful in person than in the photo. The house is very close to the beach and several top huts. It exceeded our expectations.
