The space met expectations well. Despite being located on a commercial point, I found the environment peaceful. During the day, there is a little noise, but nothing that bothers me. The only negative point is the air circulation, which could be better, making the environment a little hot.

The house is very cozy, well located and with garage, air-conditioned rooms with suite and very beautiful. rafael is an extraordinary guy, super helpful, punctual, attentive and fine people. From the beginning we were very well received by the charm and its concierge Ney, very proactive, always willing to help us and assist us in anything we needed. In the condominium, everything is very beautiful, wonderful landscaping, attracting birds since we are passionate about nature, the perfect pool with the water always clean. Fantastic barbecue area. One thing I loved was that it was very close to Rua Mucugê, so I didn't need to rent a car since it's also close to the beach. It is a very quiet and quiet place, it is about 5 minutes by car from the gastronomic center and the beach, it has a swimming pool with crystal clear water always very well cared for, parking, in short it was a very good experience. We had a wonderful stay! The house really is incredible. Everything new, very clean, impeccable, beautiful, very practical and served our family very well (couple and a small child). The common area is also a delight. Large swimming pool, shade, shower, lawn. I have no words to describe how amazing it was. Ana and Sandra are wonderful. The space is exactly as described in the photo. The condominium is quite quiet and family. The pool is huge and very clean, every day the cleaning is maintained. The apartment was very clean and organized. Well-equipped kitchen with microwave stove, blender, air fryer, sandwich maker and all basic utensils to prepare a meal. The parking space is on the door of the AP which brings a lot of practicality. The location is great, close to the supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, gives the beach.. you can do everything on foot. The host Jorge is very helpful, at all times he has given us support and several tips. You made all the information quite clear. I only have to thank for all support these days. He is an amazing person and does everything possible for the guest to have a great experience. My only negative score would be the heat it makes in the living room and kitchen due to having no air conditioning in these environments. But March is one of the warmer months, there is this issue tb.

The accommodation is very close to the center of Arraial d'Ajuda where there are restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and close to the beach as well. We did everything on foot. Amamos! I recommend!

Our stay at Ondas Beach Resort was wonderful. The structure of the hotel is very good, all very clean and the service of the employees is of excellence. The whirlpool, swimming pools, fitness center, playground and excellent restaurants. The comfort of crossing the street and being on the beach, with the care of the resort, which offers an employee to cross guests and a beach structure with bathrooms, shower, tables and chairs, a little bar ... The apartment is comfortable, cozy, exactly as it is described in the photos and advertisement, all very well organized, extremely clean and in perfect condition, a quiet place and with a lot of security, well located, close to the beach and the main attractions such as beach stalls, bars, restaurants, cafeteria, market, pharmacy, convenience, also has a leisure area of the condominium with a swimming pool and barbecue. The internet oscillated a lot and was communicated to us when we entered the accommodation. André has prepared a very good sightseeing and beach itinerary that is not touristy, but it is well worth it. Simonetta met promptly, very polite, kind and considerate, respond quickly every time he needed a tip or information. I highly recommend this apartment. I will come back more often.
